Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario

It was a great tour and beautiful sites
It was overall good. Bit rushed, wished we can spend more time on the street with the shops. Also for inside of the cathedral, it would be good if it’s guided with some explanation. The tour guide was friendly.
Good experience Tour guide is super friendly and professional A bit rushy for a half day tour, i would suggest a one day tour for Segovia
Great tour! Mateo was very knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome views!
I appreciated the smooth ride and Mateo our guide was awesome. He kept the group together and focused.
I cannot comment on the actual tour experience so much as my own personal experience with the tour. While walking with the tour group up to the Palace of Alcazar, I unfortunately fell and fractured my foot. I was able to make my way to the front of the castle and get a taxi down to the place where the buses were to meet since I could not complete the tour. However, after that, two incidents occurred that really concerned me. First, I saw our bus coming down the road and attempted to get it to stop. Despite knowing I was part of the tour and seeing me clearly hurt, the bus driver drove past and made me walk another 100 meters on my broken foot telling me "I can't stop there" once I finally reached the bus. Then, when the bus finally dropped off the tour group at the end, the staff left...leaving me to walk up two flights of stairs and another 200 meters across a city park to the nearest street hopping on one foot and dragging my broken foot behind me. It was a pretty horrible experience overall. While I understand there was a whole group to take care of on these tours...when someone is clearly hurt there needs to be a plan in place. The indifference they showed knowing I was clearly hurt and still dropping me off where they did with no help at all really concerned me.
Mariana was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had plenty of time to take pictures and it was a beautiful afternoon Highly recommend
Giving this two stars b/c they did quickly refund me. I made sure to book my train tickets from Madrid after booking this tour to ensure we had enough time. The morning of the tour - when we were already on the train - they rescheduled the tour for 45 min. later and at a new starting location - much further away. This was going to make us potentially late for our return train and when I mentioned this to the office person who called, they told me "I guess you'll have to leave the tour early". We were to meet at the Alcazar. My boyfriend and I as well as another couple were waiting and waiting - no guide. The other couple called and was told he was on his way. Kept waiting. By the time he showed up - a half hour after the rescheduled time, he had another group with him. Not sure how that happened since we were supposed to meet at the Alcazar and we were there. Told the guide we could no longer be part of the tour as we would miss our train. No explanation; no apology. Would have given this 1 star except they did refund me without me even having to ask. Really disappointed because it was a wasted day and train trip to Segovia :(
The excursion to Segovia was excellent. Mariana, our guide, provided interesting historical information, very timely, without overwhelming us. The fact that it was a 5-hour tour was perfect.
The tour was quite cool and the guide Mariana was excellent. I would only look for a little more time to explore a bit more at each site
