Situado debajo de uno de los cielos más claros y oscuros de la Tierra, esta experiencia de observación de estrellas boutique le invita a descubrir la vasta belleza de la noche del desierto de Atacama. La actividad combina observación astronómica guiada y astrofotografía, por lo que es ideal tanto para principiantes como para viajeros curiosos. Utilizando telescopios de alta calidad, observarás planetas visibles, estrellas, constelaciones y objetos de cielo profundo mientras recibes explicaciones claras y atractivas adaptadas para todos los públicos. Lo que hace especial a esta experiencia es su formato de dos etapas : primero, una sesión de observación inmersiva enfocada a comprender el cielo nocturno austral; seguido de un momento relajado bajo las estrellas con aperitivos ligeros, vino chileno, y bebidas calientes, mientras disfruta de la experiencia de la astrofotografía. Itinerario
Partiremos de San Pedro de Atacama y viajaremos una corta distancia hacia el desierto, lejos de las luces de la ciudad, para llegar a un sitio de observación cuidadosamente seleccionado, ideal para observar estrellas bajo uno de los cielos nocturnos más despejados de la Tierra.
Etapa 1: Observación de estrellas y del cielo nocturno (aproximadamente 1 hora) Comience su experiencia con una introducción guiada al cielo nocturno del sur. Utilizando telescopios de alta calidad, observarás estrellas, planetas, nebulosas y cúmulos estelares mientras aprendes sobre constelaciones y astronomía básica del hemisferio sur. Gracias a las excepcionales condiciones atmosféricas del desierto de Atacama, la visibilidad es excepcional, lo que permite observaciones claras y detalladas en uno de los mejores lugares de observación de estrellas de la Tierra. Etapa 2 : Experiencia en Astrofotografía & Meriendas (Aprox. 1 hora) Después de la sesión de observación, disfrute de un momento de relax bajo las estrellas mientras espera su experiencia de astrofotografía. Durante este tiempo, se le ofrecerá un tentempié ligero con vino chileno, bebidas calientes y productos locales, perfecto para la noche del desierto. El equipo profesional se utiliza para capturar fotografías memorables del cielo nocturno, dándole la oportunidad de llevar a casa imágenes únicas de su experiencia bajo el cielo de Atacama.

What can I say, I absolutely loved the experience. It was a cold night, but the warmth of our guides, the storytelling, the hot chocolate, the mulled wine and the brightest of stars, all seemed to have enveloped me in a hug, I don’t feel like solo traveller that evening. The beautiful pictures of me under the stars, is a memory that I’ll always cherish, thanks to the lovely photography, as a part of the experience. Highly recommend it!

Bizarre and uncomfortable experience. I do NOT recommend. One day prior, the tour confirmed pickup via WhatsApp for 21:45. At the last minute, they changed pickup to 20:45, 1 hour early. I asked for 21:00 as I was still at dinner, and they said no. I thought this was reasonable of me to ask as I was rushing to be ready 45 minutes early at the last minute. They arrived at my hotel at 20:45 anyway and yelled at me to get in the van when I was clearly uncomfortable and had some questions about what was going on - no "thank you for rushing to be ready 1 hour early and accommodating the inconvenience" - they were acting like I did something wrong. We saw Saturn which was cool but there was absolutely zero mention of the indigenous community as indicated in the description, which was disappointing as I was genuinely interested in learning how they used astronomy in ancient times. Hard to enjoy the stars we did see when the tour got off to such a strange and aggressive start. I think maybe I booked a different tour originally that didn't fill up so they shoved me on a new one at the last minute. Either way, better to spend your money with someone that treats guests kindly
