Such a beautiful snow day

I loved being able to try a new sport that I had never tried before. I liked the punctuality of the transport.

The wonderful experience...

The wonderful experience we had on our trip to Perisher Valley on June 27,28 It was an unforgettable journey, and we were impressed with several aspects of the trip. The bus was clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our tour guide, Lilyan (Bus #3), stood out as exceptionally cool and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Although we can’t recall the driver’s name, we want to commend him for his safe and smooth driving. This trip left such a positive impression on us that we’re eager to recommend your services to our friends and anyone else considering a trip to Perisher Valley. We look forward to booking with you again in the future! Thank you once again for making our trip so special.

Give it a miss

This is a very tedious and tiring trip. Three quarters of the time you will spend on the bus. Any sleep is almost impossible. Firstly, the drivers' communication is very poor. You get any info once, shouted out. Like 'Toilet! Ten minutes!" after the bus stops. No info about the schedule, planned breaks, expected arrival, etc., whatsoever, maybe due to limited English, maybe to indifference. We had two drivers, one did not believe in toilet breaks (4 hours between) the other stopped every hour or so, despite running late. Once he just stopped the bus and left for a long while without a word of explanation. In addition, while the driver doing the 'Thredbo' part was good, the 'Sydney' one could not really drive a bus. He goes much slower than the general traffic, like 90 in 110 zone, and tries to maintain the speed by pressing the accelerator for one second, and then releasing it for a moment, and so on. While the 'kangaroo skips' are a common issue for people learning how to drive, for a professional driver I find this manner very annoying and surely not good for the vehicle, which is quite modern and clean Scania bus.

Dear customer, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with us. It is indead an over night trip from Sydney to the Thredbo snowfields which is clearly stated on the tour details and why we provide 2 drivers and comfortable state of the art premium Scania Coaches. Our drivers are also put through a special Snow driver training course for snow conditions. We will of course take all your comments on board. If you send me an email to booking@brightontour.com.au. I would like to arrange a small discount for you on one of our other shorter season tours.

The best tour ever!

I couldn't thank Brighton Tours enough for being so considerate and flexible, especially Michael. Our flight was canceled, but they managed to reschedule at no extra cost. The drivers were friendly, and the bus was comfortable. We had several stops with free food, and they always arrived on time. I had low expectations for our tour, but their service far exceeded them. I truly commend them for doing a great job.
