El Fuerte Phra Sumen es una fortaleza construida en el reinado del rey Rama I. En ese momento, se construyeron 14 fuertes para proteger la capital. Sin embargo, con el paso del tiempo, los fuertes ya no eran necesarios y fueron demolidos. El Fuerte Phra Sumen es uno de los dos únicos fuertes que quedan, el otro es el Fuerte Mahakan.
El puente Rama VIII es un puente atirantado que cruza el río Chao Phraya en Bangkok, Tailandia.
La Asamblea Nacional de Tailandia, o Parlamento, es el poder legislativo del gobierno tailandés y es considerada una de las tres instituciones que representan el poder soberano en el país.
El distrito fue creado en 1904 y nombrado Bang Yai. Debido a su tamaño era difícil de administrar, y así en 1917 la parte norte se dividió como distrito menor (rey amphoe), Bang Mae Nang. En 1921 Bang Mae Nang se convirtió en un distrito lleno.
Establecido durante el reinado del rey Barommagot de Ayutthaya y ubicado en Tambon Chalo, este templo fue construido en el estilo distintivo de un barco mercante tradicional europeo. Se han perdido muchas vidas como barcos que se hundieron en el río cercano, y la creencia local dicta que, como resultado, un templo debe construirse como un barco para recuperar la buena fortuna. Aunque abandonados durante muchos años, los monjes finalmente establecieron su residencia en el templo de nuevo durante el reinado del rey Rama III o IV.
Nonthaburi está situado en una cuenca fértil en la orilla del río Chao Phraya, donde muchas plantaciones de frutas y flores se intercalan con una serie de templos históricos.

Our guide Joker was fun and knowledgeable. The organisation of different transportation means was super smooth. The route covered wide area and we saw daily life outside tourist area. People were friendly. As an extra step, our guide surprised us with a video about our experience (he took many pictures and videos and shared with us) after the trip. A fantastic experience, with a variety of methods of transports you really get a flavour of thai life. 2 trains, a ferry, a tuk tuk and a rocket boat finally returning to Bangkok via a premium cab it was a great use of half a day. My guide Enjoy was very knowledgeable & friendly. Recommend highly! The rocket boat was the highlight at times we really laid down some speed.
