en este tour judío de mumbai cubriremos Sassoon Docks (un pueblo de barcos de pesca y un muelle donde se captura el 40% del pescado de la India). Sinagoga Kenneseth Eliyahoo, que tiene un increíble interior azul y un exterior lleno de libros a la venta sobre la cultura judía. Biblioteca David Sassoon, donde visitaremos la plataforma para obtener una excelente vista del distrito de Fort de Mumbai. Sinagoga Shaar Harahamim o Puerta de la Misericordia, construida en 1796, la sinagoga más antigua de Mumbai. Sinagoga Magen David y la escuela infantil Sassoon. También pasaremos por otros puntos de referencia de Mumbai como: Victoria Terminus (un edificio sarraceno increíblemente hermoso), Crawford Market, Dhobi Ghat (¡la lavandería al aire libre más grande del mundo!), Marine Drive (el collar de las reinas), Flora Fountain, etc. Si tenemos tiempo y solo si está interesado, visitaremos Victoria Terminus, el sitio del patrimonio de la UNESCO donde más de un millón de personas toman sus trenes diariamente.

This was an outstanding tour of Kochi and Kerala’s Jewish Heritage . We covered so much history from Synagogues to Cemeteries and from Spice markets to dining on the freshest and tastiest fish .We enjoyed home hospitality and had cooking lessons that span traditions and tastes . We heard music and watched classical dancing . We were met at the airport and delivered to destination in supreme comfort . We were never rushed and nothing was too much to ask . Very professional outfit that creates a programme and then delivers it . Then there is Lijo . The man behind it all . A perfectionist that personally supervise a team of outstanding professionals Don’t look anywhere else . This is it for anything India
The visit to the Sinagog The guide knows how to explain But I would like a guide with more information
We just came back from a cruise that stopped in Mumbai/Bombay. We took a private ( just the two of us plus our guide) four hour tour of the Jewish areas of Mumbai. We visited one ornate Sephardic synagogue still in use along with other areas of Jewish interests. Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient with us. I highly recommend this private tour
