A wonderful experience. We had a great guide in Deyse and a pleasant, courteous and safe driver in Senna. We saw 2 beautiful castles and walk through a nice town. Deyse was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. A tour worth taking, but you must ask for Deyse. She is amazing

Our day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle was one of the highlights of our visit to Germany. The castle is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and breathtaking views. Everything was well organized, making the day enjoyable and stress-free. A special thank you to our tour guide (Felicia) who was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the history and stories behind the castle and the surrounding area. Their enthusiasm and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to recognize our bus driver for providing a safe, comfortable, and smooth journey throughout the day. Their professionalism and excellent driving allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the trip. Overall, this was a fantastic excursion with great service from start to finish. Great day trip from Munich. Using a tour operator just simplified every step of the process - booking, travel, guide, ticketing, etc. Dayse was a perfect guide! Personable, knowledgeable, engaging, and funny! Highly recommend this trip. Do be aware - castle entry tickets are an extra charge.

Great late start tour. Hanae was a great guide - very sweet, patient, organized and knowledgeable. And our driver was great (very safe)! I appreciated the tour itself of the two castles. I was a bit hot after the hike up so if it’s warm out and you don’t want to get sweaty take the shuttle!

We could not have asked for a better tour to the castles. Monika was AMAZING!!! Provided us with so much historical information. The late tour was perfect and they need to offer this more. We booked this tour as a day trip during our week in Munich. I'm so glad we did! Originally I was planning to try and put together seeing Neuschwanstein Castle on my own via the train but I really appreciated having a great guide to give more information and reliable and easy transportation via the bus. Deyse was our guide and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. We started off from the bus pickup at Karlsplatz and then had ~2h drive to the town Hohenschwangau. From there we had a stop to see the lake and then made our way to Hohenschwangau Castle. It was really interesting to learn more about the events preceding the building of Neuschwanstein during the first tour to help set the context for the inspirations and upbringing of Ludwig II. We also got to go up to the bridge, Marienbrücke, which was such a pleasant surprise. I loved the wooded areas surrounding Neuschwanstein and enjoyed walking around before our tour. All in all I would highly recommend this tour!

This tour was well paced, educational, beautiful and fun. I especially liked Deyse’s clear and well considered interactions. She is a pro at keeping the tour interesting and engaging. Personally, I was very happy to have “free time “ to eat, shop, take care of needs. The Hochenscheangau castle prepared us well for what we would see later in the afternoon at Neuschwanstein because of the King’s childhood spent there, the same guidance methods for touring and the proximity to the larger place, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. The bus was top rate - very comfortable with drinks available to purchase at a reasonable price. The driver kept safety in mind which is important to me.

Hello everyone, I highly recommend this softer and lighter version of the visit to the castles. I say more relaxed because despite the duration is 10.30h the day is faced with tranquility. This thing in my opinion leads to enjoy more the visit that was made perfect by the guide Deyse (super prepared and kind) In short, top day and super top driving Recommended
