Tour de esnórquel Wave Break Island en la Costa Dorada

Maybe not for inexperienced snorkelers. Fellow participants were friendly and so were most of staff. The boat trip out to the island was calm and great to see sea world and amazing beach properties from the water. However, the safety protocols that you would expect were not at the level expected during our trip. The goggles and breathing tubes across all participants were full of sand, so not sure if the usual disinfectant dip between participants was actually in place or not. We were guided by a staff member on the boat trip out to Wave Break Island that there were a couple of dangerous fish that we needed to keep away from but they did not have pictures or clarifying descriptions of either to mitigate our avoidance. As a majority of us were first time snorklers, we were surprised with the lack of supervision of all participants during the 2 1/2 hours we were in the water. One person appeared to be having issues, but was not supported and appeared to be left to access the boat unaided during the experience. Aside from the safety protocols, the water was warm, there was no coral, there was considerable wave, and much less fish variance than expected. However, it was only $88 all in for a four hour round trip including 30 minutes there, and 30 minutes back, so on consideration the quality of the trip and safety provisions that you had to sign complete exclusion for prior to getting on the boat, was probably about right. If you want to a shorter and safer experience with a lot more coral and marine life, you may choose the Seaworld reef experience.

Not as expected. Water was super cold even with wet suit, water was not clear, too many people in the same location so not a private tour at all. They should notify you of these details instead of simply taking your money with no cancelation same day.

The boat ride to island was smooth. The crew was friendly and helpful. Lolly did a fantastic job, guiding a couple us shorelines to see some beautiful fishes. I felt safe and well looked after. I’d like to do it again.

We had an excellent time , family of 6 and our snorkel guide on Thurs 1st Feb, I think her name was Hailey? was fantastic, very polite, friendly and made our day enjoyable . Thankyou so much

we were supposed to be picked up at 7.30 at our hostel. At 7.45, they told me to order a uber, and to hurry because « we were late ». Nothing to see there, no colors, few fishes but nothing interesting.

Was a great experience and extremely easy. We were lucky enough to be picked up and dropped off from out apartment by Hayley. Saw plenty of fish and had more than enough time. Great value adventure!

Extremely rude and unprofessional company. Booked two snorkelling experiences for my daughter. They refused to pick her up from her hotel!! This was part of the purchase "transport included". When contacted to organise it, they were rude and unhelpful stating it was her fault/they don't offer it/you have to select it on purchase! Every excuse under the sun. I would NOT recommend booking a snorkelling tour with this company!!

Unprofessional staff, i asked the lady with short blonde hair for a larger wetsuit as it was extremely tight and she said "no what you have on fits you, go take a shower". This lady made many people feel uncomfortable. I have no idea how this has good reviews. Wetsuits are all torn up. The staff look bored and disinterested. They also feed the fish bread, which is horrible for them. We were touring near where people were also fishing. This place is horrible.

Definitely recommend if your after an amazing experience with the best instructors, who talk you through the whole process.. amazing scenery with beautiful sea life/ fish that we hand feed 😃🤩 Perfect clear waters for amazing visual while underwater 🥰🥰

We had such a great time, specially cause the staff were so so warm and friendly!! Great location and beautiful fish too!
