Very good experience, clear communication, very goog guide and The visits where amazing. We had an pick up at 8 and The visit lasted until 15. Recommandabel if you have a stop over.
We really enjoyed this tour during our weekend in Nairobi before safari. Jackson was friendly, helpful and informative - we enjoyed our time with him. Saw way more animals in Nairobi National Park than we expected, and it was crazy how close we were to the City. We also very much enjoyed the city tour, including Kibera - fascinating. Highly recommend.
Jackson was an outstanding driver! He was professional, friendly, and made our experience in Kenya even more enjoyable. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again the next time we visit Kenya.

I had a great time on this tour! I booked kind of very last minute, however, the organizers were very helpful and accommodating in building the tour program for the day. Also, many thanks to my driver who was driving very safely and was actually quite knowledgeable about the places I visited. I definitely recommend this tour for a short or longer stay in Nairobi

The tour operator was very flexible. Driver Jackson was educational & entertaining. You can choose how many hours you want to be in the tour. Our hotel was not amongst those listed, but the tour operator was very flexible and accommodating and made it happen. We were very grateful for that. The driver Jackson made sure we went to all the places listed and gave us a really good tour of Nairobi. He was very informative of the history, and his English was really good. The tour operator kept in constant contact with us prior to the tour, and made sure everything was fine, then checked in at the end of the tour. Jackson, our driver also took us to a very good local restaurant- as we requested that, and the food was delicious. At the national park, he did his best to ensure that we saw many different animals. All in all we were able to accomplish a lot in a short time, and had a great time. We never felt pressured. We learnt a lot about Nairobi and enjoyed this tour.

Very expensive for what it is. Not great value for money. The best part was the national park which we had to pay an addional £75, so all in all £500. Ease of use was good. Driver was friendly. Partner was also taken ill and we had to return to the airport a few hours early, tried to get a very small refund for the two hours but was declined

We only had a short window to explore Nairobi between flying in at NBO in the afternoon and out the following morning to go on safari. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the Giraffe Center (a memorable experience), then we stopped at the Golden Eagle shop to see original handcrafted masai souvenirs, followed by a driving tour of the main sites in the city. I’m grateful someone else was driving because traffic is nuts here. The tour guide was friendly and explained everything.
