Very rough water and water wasn’t clear. There were several sick people on the boat. I understand the weather and water is uncontrollably, but maybe find a secondary location for times like this. Was not impressed at all.
The crew and captain were great while explaining the safety measures. The staff was amazing. Fun time
This was such a memorable experience! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and getting to watch dolphins in the wild and see a sea turtle living its best life was incredible. The crew made the day even more special. They were fun, friendly, and genuinely cared about everyone on board. I especially want to thank Captain Ben, Ingrid, Kainoa, Kiara, and Kyoka. My oldest son is autistic (high functioning), and they were so attentive, patient, and thoughtful. They made sure he was comfortable and enjoying himself throughout the trip. As a parent, that meant the world to me. A huge mahalo to all of you for your kindness and compassion! Ingrid was also incredibly knowledgeable about the island and shared so many interesting facts that made the experience even better. I also highly recommend purchasing the photo package. I'm so glad I did! Kiara captured so many beautiful photos, allowing me to stay present and enjoy the adventure while knowing those special moments were being preserved. This was truly one of the highlights of our Hawaii vacation, and I would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This all stat crew of Kaena, Cyre, Kirra, Jerry, Alec, and Keely was unbelievable. They went above and beyond to help us and cater to our needs. The tour was unbelievable, the boat was nice, and we spotted many, many dolphins! I had loads of fun and if you’re in Hawaii and don’t know where to start, this is where I’d recommend! Shout out Keely for doing the job of both tour guide, assistant, and Japanese interpreter! 5 stars to this wonderful crew!
This boat was absolutely awesome! It had the best crew that is clearly like family in how close they are and wants everyone to have a great time. They had free pickup and dropped even when our hotel was an hour away. When we got to the snorkel spot, we got an hour to use the slide, snorkel, or just swim. One thing I wish was that snorkeling part was a little longer and unfortunately the day we went the water was a little murky but that’s not something they can control. They found us spinner dolphins to follow and they were beautiful! As well as finding turtle to spot. Plus the sandwich for lunch is delicious!! If you want a shorter, fun snorkel boat with a crew that livens up the boat, this is the one!
This was so much fun, we really got to experience the Hawaiian vibe. The music the dancers, Loren was great, some local grinds to purchase would be great!❤️ Great Job everyone.
I was very disappointed by this excursion. Way too many people on board the boat made for cramped travel and snorkeling. You could barely snorkel without getting kicked or bumped into, and although there were large schools of fish when we first arrived, they quickly dispersed. The advertisements implied that we would be swimming with turtles, which is not accurate. We were able to see lots of dolphins and one turtle from the boat but that’s it. The crew members were very kind and entertaining. Overall disappointed and would not recommend.

We hear you on the crowding, feeling bumped or crowded while snorkeling, takes away from the experience we want every guest to have. We're also sorry the marine life sightings didn't line up with what you expected. Ocean conditions and marine life are outside anyone's control, and while turtles and reef fish are usually part of our tours, we can never guarantee where they'll be on any give day. We're glad the dolphins made an appearance and that you got to see a turtle, even if it wasn't the swim alongside experience you were expected. We had the best time on this excursion. Our guides were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the sea life. We got lucky and ended up seeing three different pods of dolphins throughout the day. Lunch was tasty and we also enjoyed the slide. I would absolutely recommend this tour.
This was the BEST experience. The crew was phenomenal. So sweet. Kind. Accommodating. Everything was on time. Sandwiches were well made and tasty!! We saw soooo many dolphins. Two species. No wet suits needs btw. Water was so warm even my five year old had a blast. My young teens gave this experience 10/10 as well. DO IT. You won’t be disappointed
The boat ride and dolphin experience was amazing! The captain and crew were awesome as well! Well worth the money and I highly recommend this tour!
