Una oportunidad única para visitar el Valle de las Mariposas en un cómodo minibús y degustar el mejor vino local, aceite de oliva y miel con nuestro guía local autorizado de habla inglesa. En este recorrido, probará diferentes variedades de vino, aceite de oliva virgen extra de olivos milenarios (sí, leyó bien, pruebe el mismo aceite que usaron nuestros antepasados hace siglos) y miel natural local infundida con tomillo, pino, naranja flor y diferentes flores de primavera. Antes del tour de degustación, puede disfrutar de tiempo libre en Butterfly Valley. Cada año, al final de la temporada de lluvias (finales de mayo), miles de mariposas atraídas por el olor de los liquidámbares orientales cubren todo el paisaje. Es una experiencia única y definitivamente deberías intentar verla.

Antes del tour de degustación, puede disfrutar de un tiempo libre en Butterfly Valley. Todos los años, al final de la estación húmeda (fines de mayo), miles de mariposas atraídas por el aroma de los árboles orientales de goma dulce cubren todo el paisaje. Es una experiencia única y definitivamente debes tratar de verla.

Recogemos de todos los hoteles de la isla por un cargo adicional, que depende de qué tan lejos se encuentre su hotel: en el sur (Lindos, Pefkos, Gennadi, etc.) u otra área. A long , interesting and varied day. The guide is knowledgeable and helpful. Although many people wore sandals, I think something more solid would make the walk in Butterfly Valley (extra 6 euro charge and well worth it in my view) a little easier. Bee museum fascinating as well. Olive oil tasting and wine tasting good as well.
This was a very cool experience! Our guide was awesome, and we got to see a lot of the city and the country side. I will say, the butterfly farm was very neat but also a lot of walking, steps and an incline so just be aware of that. I definitely recommend doing this tour!
Nicklaus, our driver, provided a very entertaining half day. There were four of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip - olive oil tasting, wine tasing, bee museum, butterflies. The Valley of the Butterflies is a must see for anyone traveling to Rhodes. There were literally tens of thousands of them on the trees and rocks around a stream with many small waterfalls.
We really enjoyed our trip. Our guide (Nikos) was interesting and informative . Enjoyed all the places and taste testing of the honey and olive oil. There was no rush from Nikos and we were allowed to do the activities at our own pace. Butterfly farm was really good too where he patiently waited for us to have lunch. He was passionate about the activities as could be seen through the information that he provided. Looking forward to tasting our purchases of olive oil, wine and honey.
Fantastic tour of Rhodes local home grown produce and wildlife. Hospitality excelent, from everyone involved, including the tour host.
My wife and I booked this somewhat impulsively and we were not disappointed! Nicos our guide/driver was a delight and full of energy, and was very helpful and knowledgable of the island landmarks whilst we were en route between stops. The tour/package itself was great and definitely enabled us to discover things we likely wouldn’t have done on our first visit to Rhodes (especially with no hire car.) The only thing you may want to prepare for is the crowds at the Butterfly Valley during peak season like in our case; you won’t have too much time for a “take it all in” rest/break. George in the main office was also great to deal with and very prompt with communications. Overall we were thoroughly impressed and would certainly look at HPT’s offerings again. Thank you!
Great Trip but honestly the trip by the guide stelios - he was amazing!
We had a lovely morning with multiple stops, and everything ran on time. The tour guide was fantastic,very funny and made the experience enjoyable. Our only suggestion would be to allow more time at the butterfly farm, especially considering the cost of the tour. Other than that, we really enjoyed it!
Great value - cheaper than the offers on the cruise and we saw other sailors at the same winery. Honey tasting and wine tasting were highlights for us and the guide was nice - Only negative the butterfly park admission is not included ( 6 euros per person) but the restaurant there is good and you can still see some butterflies. Also would have liked to know a bit more history on the medieval castle/town.
The tour was more than I expected, a very enjoyable experience with Nicos our driver.
