Priorizamos la visita a establecimientos tradicionales, donde podrás saborear platos auténticos. Involúcrate con los lugareños y siéntete parte de la comunidad mientras compartes sus delicias culinarias. En este viaje a través de 5 acogedores restaurantes locales, te daremos un capricho con los famosos calamares de Madrid, seguido de tapas de jamón ibérico y tortilla española. A continuación, disfrute de los mejores hongos combinados con sangría refrescante en una joya oculta. Más tarde, saboree los ricos sabores del vermut, el querido vino aperitivo de España. 3.- JOYA OCULTA: A continuación, deléitese con el exquisito Jamón Ibérico, el preciado jamón curado de España, conocido por su delicada textura y rico sabor mientras disfruta de nuestro viaje gastronómico con la querida Tortilla Madrileña, una clásica tortilla española servida en un entorno histórico único que encapsula el espíritu de Madrid.

What a great start to our trip to Madrid! Highly recommended. Fernando met us promptly and gave us a warm introduction that really helped break the ice. He was hospitable, thoughtful, and very prepared for our tour. I especially enjoyed the little things he did like take a moment to ensure that the next location was ready for us before we arrived so that we weren’t waiting awkwardly or finding ourselves without seats or a table. Fernando was very knowledgeable about Madrid’s history, and he was able to answer a lot of our questions. And because we had booked this tour for the start of our trip, we took note of many of the tour’s stops (food or historic) to come back to later on this trip. Our tour guide, Fernando, was very knowledgable of the city and local cuisine. He took us to some wonderful local spots. The mushrooms stood out as one of our favorites! He was also great about taking pictures of our family throughout the tour and sent them to us after. He was very accommodating and helpful with one member of our family who has a nut allergy, which we greatly appreciated!

Fernando was the perfect guide for this tour. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a large group and he accommodated to everyone's allergies and preferences, making sure everyone was included. The tour itself gave an excellent range of food and history of Madrid.
