El Mercado Carmel (el Shuk Hacarmel) es el mercado más grande, o shuk, en Tel Aviv. Es un mercado vibrante donde los comerciantes venden de todo, desde ropa hasta especias y desde frutas hasta bebidas locales.
El primer barrio judío de la ciudad de Jaffa, construido en el siglo XIX fuera de las murallas de la ciudad. Su estilo arquitectónico oriental, se combina con pintorescas calles estrechas con boutiques. Todo esto hace de Neve Tzedek un retiro de la ciudad moderna.
Una buena selección de restaurantes se puede encontrar en todo el mercado. Es un mercado real de Medio Oriente que se encuentra en el casco antiguo de Jaffa.
En 2003, la UNESCO declaró la "Ciudad Blanca" de Tel Aviv patrimonio cultural mundial por "un ejemplo destacado de la nueva planificación urbana y arquitectura de principios del siglo XX".

Our guide Victoria was fantastic! She took into consideration what we wanted to do and incorporated that into the tour. I made the mistake of eating breakfast because I thought it was just tasting, but there was so much food! We really enjoyed all the different foods we tried and left feeling so full. Victoria went out of her way to make this an exceptional experience. Highly recommend.

Victoria, our guide, was never knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We really enjoyed our time with her. However, I thought it was very expensive since we had to pay for each food we tasted. We have done these types of tours before and the food was always included.

I enjoyed going to the local market and taking a tour of part of the city. I’ve been on many food tours and usually the price includes many tastings but I realize this was small “samples” and end up paying a lot of extra money out of pocket . In addition , it wasn’t communicated that the taxi pickup had to be paid by me. I feel this was a little over priced. I’m glad I had money on me. I assumed that a lot of the food was covered in the price . I recommend dropping the price since the traveler has to pay for 95% of food and transportation.

In price is inculed degustation portions, if you like meal and want to order full portion it is not included. Transportation incuded for the hotels which are located in Tel-Aviv city. In your case hotel was not in Tel-Aviv. We appriciate your price advices regarding the price changes and will consider it as an option.
