Tour de día completo por la selva amazónica

Hora aproximada de recogida: 8:45 am. Punto de encuentro: Hostal Transilvania, entre y avise a un miembro del personal que está esperando que lo recojan para el viaje a la jungla. Itinerario: 1. Aprox. 2 horas y media de viaje. 2. Camine por la jungla durante aproximadamente 45 minutos, se le brindará información sobre las plantas tradicionales y tendrá la oportunidad de practicar la liana (haga como Tarzán). 3. Visitaremos la Cascada Hola Vida, en la cual podrás nadar. 4. Aprox. 15-20 minutos en canoa por el río. 5. Visita a la comunidad india, 1,50$ por persona. Practicaremos la "Selvatana" y probaremos un poco de chicha (bebida típica de la India). gente de la comunidad india te pintará la cara con motivos guerreros, seremos testigos de una danza típica india. 6. Mirador donde podrás ver toda la jungla a tu alrededor y disfrutar de un gran columpio. 6. Visitarás un lugar donde podrás ver el proceso de elaboración del chocolate a partir de los granos de cacao. 7. De regreso a Baños aprox. a las 20 h.

Luego de dos horas y media de viaje llegaríamos a la reserva de Hola Vida. Caminaremos por la jungla durante aproximadamente 45 minutos, se le brindará información sobre las plantas tradicionales y tendrá la oportunidad de practicar la liana (haga como Tarzán). Visitaremos la Cascada Hola Vida, en la cual podrás nadar. Luego pasaríamos aproximadamente 15-20 minutos en canoa por el río. Posteriormente visitaremos la comunidad india, aquí podrás ver algunos animales domesticados de la selva, 1.50$ por persona. Practicaremos la "Selvatana" y probaremos un poco de chicha (bebida típica de la India). gente de la comunidad india te pintará la cara con motivos guerreros, seremos testigos de una danza típica india. Después de eso, caminaremos hasta un mirador donde podrás ver toda la jungla a tu alrededor y disfrutar de un gran columpio. Posteriormente visitará un lugar donde podrá ver el proceso de elaboración del chocolate a partir de los granos de cacao, los frutos del cacao crecen en esta zona. luego de eso emprenderemos nuestro camino de regreso a Baños, aprox. hora de llegada 8pm.

This tour was Great fun. We walked in the jungle, and swam in a waterfall. The guide was nice and told us many things about plants and animals. We also visited a local Indian community and learned about their life. The canoe ride was nice. It was a long day packed with lots of interesting activites, highly recommended!

It is a great day ! Like most trips having small change is useful. Many activities for one day it was non stop. During the canoe ride most stayed very dry....not ours. I should have left my phone with my bag and wore the rubber boats provided.

We selected the full day Jungle tour by recommendation of our hotel. We wanted a small group, there were five of us. The service was great, the equipment was in good shape and met our needs. We had to pay in cash, so be prepared. The driver was careful and met our needs for bathroom breaks. The guide knew good English, and told us a lot about the jungle, we managed to see a lot considering it is only one day, we loved the lunch and most of all the Indian village experience, highly recommended!

Great option to see a little of the Ecuadorian Jungle, it was only one day, but there were lots of things to do and see, the guide spoke English and was very knowlodgable, we had a great time, thank you pablo for this great experience.

Booked an English tour. I was the only person who spoke English. It wasn't terrible got to practice my Spanish but feel like I missed out on a lot of info. Just about every place offers this same tour. I would recommend booking through your hostel rather than through here.

I booked the tour because it says in three separate places that the guide will be bilingual. It turns out my guide and everyone else on the tour only spoke Spanish. I had no idea what was going on and was unable to learn anything about the jungle or indigenous people because of the language barrier. I was also unprepared for all activities because I couldn’t understand the instructions. They take you to cool places, but If you don’t speak Spanish well and being able to communicate with the guide and fellow travelers is important to you I’d suggest you look elsewhere.
We do have an English speaking guide, by mistake you ended up with the Spanish speaking group, we would make sure this would not happen again Thank you for the review, safe and Happy travel
I really enjoyed the Full Day Jungle Tour! Our tour guide was amazing (one of the best I have ever had in my life), and the schedule of the day worked quite well. I had a lot of fun, I felt safe the whole time, and I highly recommend this tour for anybody in or near Baños!

This trip was excellent value for money. I really wanted to get to see the Amazon while I was in Ecuador but couldn't afford to do a multi-day trip so I was really happy to find this one-day jungle tour. From the 'rope of death' to the visit to the Yasuni village, canoeing on the river and making chocolate, there's something for everyone. Highly recommended!
