Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario

Alp was awesome - full of energy, knowledge, hospitality, enthusiasm and humor. We had a great time and he helped us capture some great photos as well. Also, our driver Esat Şahan is a hero for bringing back our lost shoes late after 10pm - amazing customer service! We felt safe, the length of each site visit was perfect. I’d highly recommend them for their tour services. It was not crowded at all since we left early in the morning. We paid for admission at each of the sites, very easy.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
Amazing place for nature lovers. You will not find many places like white thermal pools in Pummakale. Herpolis ruins will take u back in roman era. Our guide Ismail was amazing person with lots of knowledge and a zesty approach to explain things in details. Transport van was clean and good. Our tour package include a lunch which was simple and good enough. 5 star for Ismail and rest was also good

Absolute sham of a company. My friend and I were in Pamukkale for 1 day only and had booked this tour, but I got a whatsapp message the night before (keep in mind, the pickup is 9am the next day) that they "canceled the tour, as they did not have enough people." I'm not sure how that is supposed to be my problem, given we had already paid for it. If you're a tour guide, you should maintain the tour even if only 1 person is attending. Additionally, they told us they could not issue a refund and I had to go through Viator to do so. By the time the company reached out, it was too late to make alternative plans and I ended up canceling my trip to Pamukkale. I also lost whatever I paid for the flight and hotel. Avoid this company at all costs.

I think the tour covered everything it was supposed to cover. That was good. However, we were kept waiting in the hot sun for more than half hour because bus was late. It was very fast paced and finished in just under 6.5 hours.
Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon.
Ismail our guide was a well-informed, courteous and ebullient guide. He was always considerate about our welfare and comfort. Pamukkale itself was mind-blowing.
