Tour de día completo a la laguna de Venecia: Visita Murano, Burano y Torcello

The tour was very nice. We suggest to tour operator spend less time in Murano and more time in Burano

I advise you not to be even a minute late for the departure times from the islands, otherwise you risk being left in the sun with three children outside the ferry, while they let 30 people cross the boat; just because you arrived 1 minute late, you risk being left on the island! This was on the first island of Murano; on the second island, the departure time was 10 minutes late compared to the agreed one... and the return time, which was supposed to be at 3:15 PM, was at 4:15 PM. Terrible kindness and manners... regarding respect for people. Obviously the islands are wonderful, just be careful in choosing the right tour.... I would not recommend this CONSORZIO VIDALI GROUP to anyone.

After taking numerous tours booked through Viator, I have never felt the need to leave a negative review because my experiences have consistently been excellent. Unfortunately, this tour was a significant exception. If you are considering booking it, I strongly recommend choosing a different option. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as they accurately reflect the experience we had. We arrived more than 15 minutes early, as instructed, but were unable to locate the meeting point. We followed the directions provided, used Google Maps, and searched for the blue sign referenced in the instructions. Despite repeatedly messaging the tour provider for assistance, we received no response. Five minutes after the scheduled departure time, I called the provider and was informed that we had missed the boat. To their credit, they accommodated us by placing us on a later boat. However, we then discovered why we had been unable to find the meeting point—the blue sign was lying on the ground rather than it being displayed where travelers can see it. We also had to ask multiple people for directions before finally locating the departure area. This experience was not what was advertised as a guided tour. It was essentially transportation between islands with very limited guidance. Our guide spoke several languages, but unfortunately she was extremely difficult to understand. Our first stop was Murano. Other than stopping at a glass-blowing demonstration, we received no orientation or information about the island. The guide disappeared shortly after we arrived, leaving us to find our own way before meeting back at the boat. While the glass demonstration was enjoyable, we had no opportunity to explore the highlights of Murano or learn about its history. Our next stop was Burano. According to the itinerary, we were supposed to visit a lace-making workshop, but once again the guide disappeared. We were unable to locate the workshop ourselves and instead spent our time walking through the shops. Burano is beautiful, but the experience fell well short of what had been advertised. Our final stop was Torcello. We were given only 30 minutes to explore, with no information about the island’s attractions or recommendations on what to see. As a result, we simply sat at a café while waiting for it to be time to return to the boat. When we returned, we were informed that we would need to pay an additional €10 per person if we wanted to be dropped off near our hotel. This extra charge had not been made clear beforehand. The return trip was equally disappointing. The guide provided no commentary at all. Instead, she spent the journey dancing, flirting extensively with the boat driver, and smoking cigarettes with him. The cigarette smoke drifted into the already hot and crowded passenger cabin, making the ride quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. I rarely write negative reviews because I understand that they can affect people’s livelihoods. However, I feel it is important to share this experience so that other travelers know what to expect. In my opinion, this tour does not deliver what it advertises, and I believe Viator should reconsider offering it on its platform.

Truly spectacular tour, interesting and the guide is super helpful and welcoming. We used Smartbox and everything was organized in detail with a return ticket to the station included in the package. Recommendation!!!

So on arrival at meeting point 1 hour before meeting point/time, couldnt find rep or person/guide, ask various persons on other trips was informed they didnt know or had seen your representative. Am totally disgusted at being treated like this me and wife we gutted and confused with the situation, i have used your service in loads of different places including rome , pompeii and in venice the day before ,you provided a guide for us to see st marks bassilica and the doge palace which was really good but this has really put us off your service and after this i do not think i will be using you again on other trips.Your guides have rung us to find out where we are in pompeii we booked at last minute and there was a bit of confusion on the meeting point but we eventually found each other through the call. After realising your guide was a NO show we proceeded to pay 25 euros each for a day pass on the local water bus service and visited the islands ourselves which was at this point later on in the day. Cant understand why there was no contact or query where we where or where your representative/guide was ?

I going with a 3 -there was nothing wrong with the tour from what if offered. Getting to see 3 different spots was nice, but it was a hot hot day and the boat offered no relief from the weather. Everyone on board was “below deck” and sweating and fanning themselves profusely. We had bottled water with us and a a fan but it did not help. The windows on the boat were opened to their limit, just under 2 feet/10 cm. If it wasn’t for the weather I would give it a 5.

The boat Captan was friendly and the host were very helpful and we loved the ride and the Island especially the lady who were given the information about the places she was fanny make us laugh.

I read the reviews before the tour started and was a tad concerned. However, the tour was great! They give you plenty of time on Murano. In fact, for us, perhaps too much. The glassblowing shop was awesome and a great experience. After the second stop, I felt like we got more value than what we paid, and we had one more stop to go! The tour guide was hard to understand (not a language issue, but a microphone issue. The only small issue was that the captain was chain-smoking the entire trip - it was minor, but something to be aware of.

Beautiful day, perfect organization, our guide Giorgia was spectacular, kind, helpful, provided us with a lot of information, and speaks four languages very well. I recommend this trip; in 6 hours we visited the 3 islands and also had some time to relax. The boat is comfortable. Elisa Helèna and Andrei

The opportunity to visit the islands of the Venice Lagoon was wonderful and is definitely an experience I would recommend. However, the overall tour did not meet my expectations. The guide's English was difficult to understand at times, which made it challenging to follow the explanations. In addition, the volume from the loudspeakers was excessively loud and uncomfortable during parts of the tour. While the destinations themselves were excellent, there is significant room for improvement in the organization and quality of service to meet a good standard of hospitality. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall experience.
