Si quiere experimentar el barranquismo por primera vez, esta es su mejor opción. Se realiza en ríos recreativos, donde se pueden probar diferentes técnicas como el rápel clásico o guiado, toboganes, saltos al agua (opcional) o incluso toboganes de agua. Se trata de la excursión, donde podrá vivir una experiencia inolvidable. Ideal para todo tipo de grupos o eventos (cumpleaños, grupos de empresa, scouts, etc.).

We had a fantastic canyoning tour with our guides, Miguel and Domingos. Our children, aged 9 and 11, absolutely loved it! It was an exciting and adventurous experience, but we felt completely safe the entire time. One girl in our group didn’t feel comfortable doing one of the bigger jumps, and that was no problem at all. The guides simply helped her down via an alternative route or safely lowered her with ropes. There was never any pressure to do something you weren’t comfortable with. A truly amazing experience and highly recommended for families visiting Peneda-Gerês!

Brilliant day out in beautiful surroundings. Fun, adventurous and felt safe throughout thanks to our superb guides Nuno and Miriam. Toboga run a slick operation, very well organised. Definitely recommend this trip!
We had an amazing time with Toboga doing the canyoning tour. I didn’t think we would be able to do it, as we were staying near Povoa de Varzim with only public transport, so the Porto pick up options were not practical for us so early in the day. I contacted the team who were able to pick us up and drop back at our accommodation for a very reasonable fee. I’m so glad they did! Every part of the day was run professionally and the guides were so friendly as well. Marta was our lead guide and she made sure everyone had a safe and fun time. I would highly recommend this activity
If you're in the area and enjoy a scenic and adventurous activity, this one is definitely recommended. The duration is ideal, and the trail is beautiful with numerous waterfalls. You'll be able to jump, climb down and slide down natural slides.
Excellent adventure! Natural slides, big jumps, rap and alternatives for those who are afraid/not knowing how to swim. Very good, I would return and recommend to those who are ready for a group adventure
It was undoubtedly one of the best experiences of my life. The journey was not very difficult: we raped twice and jumped from a waterfall 6 meters high. The instructors were impeccable and made sure everything was done with maximum safety and fun. I promise to repeat!

OH MY GOSH! This was my absolute favorite activity from our 10-day trip to Portugal. My family and I had a blast! Our guides were Andrea and Tiago, and they helped create such a fun and adventurous outing for our entire group. I would highly recommend this experience and this group to any one looking for a great way to explore Portugal's only National Park.
