People Bar & Dance Venu será nuestra próxima ubicación. Como su nombre indica, People Bar une a las personas. No encontrará mesas o sillas que se interpongan en su camino, solo un flujo de baile puro y continuo de personas en la pista de baile. Con su guía turístico, tendrá una experiencia eufórica que debería mantener a nuestros invitados bailando durante horas. Nuestra CUARTA y última ubicación. Habrá un club llamado Envidia en el sótano que te recordará una noche en el bar República Checa. Los invitados obtendrán una tarifa de entrada GRATUITA pagada aquí, así como 2 CERVEZAS LOCALES GRATIS. Es un bar/discoteca colorido y siempre lleno que suele estar lleno hasta la mañana. Sin ventanas, será fácil ser parte de la tendencia aquí, ya que los asistentes a la fiesta se tambalean afuera después del amanecer sorprendidos por la hora tardía (o temprana) porque puedes olvidar fácilmente cuánto te estás divirtiendo aquí. Afortunadamente, el puesto de brochetas y papas justo al lado de la entrada ha evitado la resaca y nos sacará después de 55 minutos aquí. Los huéspedes pueden optar por quedarse aquí y bailar toda la noche o continuar siendo dejados en su hotel por una tarifa adicional negociable según la ubicación. O el guía puede organizar un viaje en taxi seguro a pedido de los huéspedes.

I feel somewhat bad because the experience, thanks to Hurry, could have been a 4 stars considering the situations. He was friendly and wanted to ensure my likings matched with what Kigali-at-night had to offer. The places had unique experiences to offer and made it a nice experience. I would still recommend anyone to take advantage of the many places to visit in the city. The downfall for me is more with the organizer/owner and the information listed for this night tour. First the advertised price ends up being over $100, with free entrances and free drinks everywhere, which are not true at all. Poor Hurry had to pay the first entrance and part of the second without being aware of what the expectations were. He spent some time calling the owner for understanding and didn't have all the funds provided to him to ensure what I paid for was honored. At the end, I spent too much extra money (more than half the price). It's not about the money, but about organizing and honoring as well as providing what is being advertised. I hope this serves as constructive criticism for the owner to adjust and adhere to what is being offered, not only because it's an expensive investment to have to pay even more money for at the end, but because the concept is a great idea for Kigali and has some potential.

After an amazing Kigali day tour, my partner and I wanted to experience the city at night as well. Luckily, the same company offered a night tour. Our guide Harry, who made our day tour so memorable, convinced us to try it. Little did we know it would be the most fun ever! After a quick rest at Serena Hotel, our driver-guide picked us up right on time at 9 pm. We started by visiting nearby spots, then explored more areas, including Repub Lounge and Pili Pili. We didn’t want to leave Kigali and will definitely visit again for a longer stay!
