Tour de aventura en kayak por la Bahía Bio de Puerto Rico

The kayak trip at sunset was very beautiful as we paddled through the mangroves. We saw a monkey in the trees! The company had called us to warn that there has been no bioluminescence in the bay due to the sargassum seaweed. They offered to refund our payment if we canceled, which we appreciated. But our group wanted to kayak anyway and we enjoyed the mangroves on the way out to the big bay. Paddling back in the dark mangroves was not as enjoyable with tired kids in tow. But seeing the bright stars in the bay was lovely, despite no glowing in the water.

It was very unfortunate that this adventure didn't work out for us, however I have to say this company was very up front and helpful. They reached out early to let us know the bioluminescent was not going to be visible and allowed us a refund. Because we didn't have good service we actually didn't find out about it until we arrived to check in. The guide was very honest and asked us if the company had gotten up with us to let us know and to offer us a refund, which would not happen with many other companies. Thank you for your great customer service and your above-board integrity. We hope to return and reschedule.

This was a great experience with my husband and daughter. No major kayaking experience required, however, they do give you some orientation for the basics. Make sure you wear clothes that can get wet. There’s no guarantee you will be able to see the bioluminescence, however, it is still a really cool experience kayaking towards the lagoon. Jonathan was a great tour leader! He was enthusiastic and knows a lot about the area.

Great guides, unfortunately plankton weren’t out to play, but saw monkey, crabs with bright claws and fluorescent scorpion that guide found in dark with blue light.

We had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles that made us feel right at home. Our guides were exceptional—knowledgeable, well-prepared, personable, funny, and genuinely kind. They made the entire evening engaging and memorable, pointing out unique sounds, wildlife, landmarks, and other interesting details along the way. Their enthusiasm and expertise truly elevated the experience. While we unfortunately didn't get to see the bioluminescence, it didn't take away from the adventure. Kayaking through the lagoon at night was an unforgettable experience all on its own. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and incredible guides made it a night to remember. I would absolutely recommend this tour and company to anyone looking for a fun, unique, and well-run adventure!

Even though the bio luminesnce was unavailable due to ocean conditions, the trip was quite enjoyable. The sunset was beautiful. The crew was really great.

This company is not honest. They dont tell you that you are not able to experience the bio illumenesce when confirming your reservation.

Jonathan lead a wonderful evening tour! There were no bioluminescence at the time, but they called and let us know this ahead of time. Even without this, my family had a great experience.

This was so much fun even though we didn’t get to see any bioluminescence. It was called the morning of the tour and was told that we probably wouldn’t see anything. They said I could cancel and get a full refund or go and see what happens. I so appreciated them letting us know we might not s good anything. We chose to go anyway. The guides were the star of this adventure. They were so kind and hilarious! I would definitely recommend this trip.
