What could be improved - the program is somewhat poorly thought out. We were constantly offered to start earlier - at 5-6 am, but in fact we were already free at 3-4 p.m and it was clear that this was not done for the convenience of tourists (we had an individual tour). The guide to Tashkent - gave very superficial information, and also did not show all the sights that were planned. The bazaar should have been put at the end of the tour, not at the beginning. Most of all I would like to pay attention to the work of the manager - Ulugbek. It was more like interacting with a chat bot than with a real person. I had to clarify everything myself - no information was provided for any day - who and where meets, I wrote and asked for this information almost every day. The same applies when there was a request to provide an updated program, or a link for payment - I had to wait several days and repeatedly remind. In my opinion, this is a very unprofessional job. We have something to compare it to, we have visited over 70 countries around the world and, to be honest, this was the first time with such unsatisfactory service,
Thank you for your feedback. I am truly sorry that some parts of the trip did not meet your expectations. Originally, the itinerary was planned for 9 days, but later it was shortened to 6 days at your request. Traveling through 3 Stan countries within 6 days can be quite intensive, and honestly, I would normally recommend a slower itinerary to make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Regarding the guide in Tashkent, I sincerely apologize. Her behavior was unprofessional, and this was our mistake. We take this feedback seriously. I also understand your concerns about communication. However, I would like to mention that we provided detailed itineraries and information regarding Uzbekistan, hotels, train tickets, registration, and other travel matters. There was indeed a delay with the payment link because of banking server issues, and I apologize for that inconvenience as well. Once again, I am sorry if your holiday did not go as smoothly as planned. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service in the future.
