Tour de 2 horas en moto acuática por la isla Shell

This was such an awful experience!! They do not take safety into consideration at all. I was driving their jet ski with my daughter when we were both knocked from the jet ski. The tour group continued on and left us in the water and continued on. It took us 10 minutes to get in the jet ski. Once on the jet ski we called the facility to let them know we were alone and the group left us. She argued that the group is together per the gps. Well that was not true as we were alone in the Gulf surrounded by wild dolphins. (Thankful just dolphins). She told me she will call the guide and call me back. After 15 minutes I called her back. They were unable to locate us. Thankfully I had my phone and dropped a pin for my location. My jet ski did NOT have a number on it as the women in the phone insisted it did. It took the guide 30 minutes to return to us. When he arrived he proceeded to yell at ask asking us “what happened to you” and “if you can’t get in a jets ski you shouldn’t be riding” (of mention we both were on the jet ski without his help). He was mad and zipped off we were to follow but he was not happy and we literally had to chase him to shell island. He later told me he has 8 jet skis to watch and that his partner just started. This is unsafe and extremely careless. They should not be operating inexperienced people if they are not skilled in safety. The gulf is full of marine life that could have hurt either one of us. My 2 hour dolphin tour was a nightmare we sat for over 45 minutes alone and have zero time on the island or free time. I have called once and emailed twice to speak to some sort of leader and have received no response. Since they do not want to hear my story personally I will share with potential customers. If riding with children I would be extremely cautious. My daughter is not fearful of the water but a small child this event could have caused permanent trauma Giving the guide a 1 is generous. He did not “guide” at all. They also charged me the fee, refunded the gratuity, put a hold that took a week to reverse and I have a second pending charge for the full cost still pending in my account for over a week.

Everything was fun and the kids enjoyed it. My 23 y/o granddaughter was the driver of the 2nd jet ski we rented. The guide was very impatient and rude with her. She’d only ran jet skis on a lake not in the ocean with waves. It’s different. Took her a minute.

You need to go fast! Minimum of 25 but more like 50 not to get left behind 😅 we had a great time as a family.

Camden was a great tour guide, very fun and informative! The tour is really fun if you live fast paced and have your boating license. We got there about 30 minutes early and everything went so smooth and great! A fun time.

I have never rode on a jet ski but this was soooo fun! Cam was fantastic and I can't remember our other guide but they were both awesome!

Didn’t get to ride. Paid all this money. Didn’t have boat license. Girls were very rude to us. Upsetting.

Caleb and Camden were great guides! It’s a nice long ride with lots to see including dolphins which made it perfect!

The jet ski tour was action packed fun! We saw dolphins and a baby dolphin! We enjoyed walking the beach of shell island and jet skiing on our own! The waiting area had fun games and beautiful scenery! My husband had a blast!!! So fun and affordable!!!

Out of company’s control but water was super rough! We did go on a holiday/busy weekend though. The leader was a kid that didn’t seem to interested in his job. Little direction and not super friendly. Also several people fell off jet skis due to choppy water and he was so far ahead he didn’t notice and the group had to wait on him to finally notice and come back.

This ride engages you in rivers and you get to see some very nice views dolphins and way more ver fun
