Quedarás absolutamente atónito con las increíbles playas y panoramas de la isla, mientras te deslizas silenciosamente sobre aguas cristalinas con el kayak, podrás ver la fauna y flora submarina. En el camino verá muchas aves, cangrejos, mariscos y muchos lugares únicos porque muchos sitios que visitamos en el recorrido no son accesibles para las compañías de botes ya que sus motores tienen un gran impacto en el medio ambiente en el parque natural. Viajamos en silencio, sin malos olores a gasolina y, al hacerlo, ofrecemos la única alternativa ecológica, con impacto cero y todo el respeto por la naturaleza para visitar el parque natural. Además de todo lo anterior, también podrá ver el cultivo de los estantes, un molino de mareas, el pueblo de Armona, la Lagoa dos patos, ...

Itinerario
La isla de Armona es una de las islas barriere del parque natural. Con solo 1 camino pavimentado y sin vehículos, es un oasis de encantadoras casitas con hermosos jardines, largas playas y hermosa naturaleza.
Nuestro punto de partida y llegada. De fácil acceso y con amplio parking junto a la playa. Esta pequeña playa está rodeada de salinas y de la hermosa naturaleza de la ría Formosa. Está frente a la isla Armona con fácil travesía en kayak o SUP.
Sirviendo como un área de transición entre la tierra y el mar, la Ría Formosa es un vasto sistema de lagunas que se extiende a lo largo de 60 km a lo largo de la costa del este del Algarve. Cubre un área de aproximadamente 18,000 hectáreas. Es la zona húmeda más importante del sur de Portugal y presenta una gran variedad de hábitats: islas de barrera, marismas, arenales, dunas, salinas, lagos de agua dulce y salobre, cursos de agua, matorrales y tierras de cultivo; todo lo cual es también propicio para una tremenda variedad de fauna y flora. Calificada como zona húmeda de interés internacional, la Ría Formosa destaca especialmente por su avifauna. El área es un hogar de invierno para aves del norte y centro de Europa, además de estar en las rutas de migración. Desde el punto de vista botánico, destaca especialmente la vegetación de las dunas y de las marismas. Verdadero vivero de especies marinas, es también zona de producción de moluscos bivalvos.

Fabulous few hours on the water and super lovely operator:/ chap running it, really lovely and helpful and only too pleased to share helpful tips for enjoying the local area and bird and marine life. Would definitely recommend and Spike the dog was gorgeous too. 🙂

The outing did not take place. The provider had forgotten. Very disappointing. Fortunately, Viator took charge and processed the refund immediately.
We absolutely didn't forget your visit. We simply didn't receive the request. We were called by the provider 15 minutes after the start of the activity. It is not serious to write a review without knowing all the facts. We are very sorry that your tour didn't happen but pointing your finger to the wrong conpany, is not what is not serious. Besides tripadvisor contacted us to ask if we wanted to refund completely. So the full refund was our decision, not tripadvisors. I hope that the rest of your holiday was more satisfactory and better arranged by your touroperator.
