Good views of the city and the islands with commentary. Easy to locate. Boat was a bit tired with tarpaulin wrap around railings which impaired views somewhat, hence only 4 stars. There are prettier boats available.

Trip was cancelled without prior notification. Rushed there to get on time and found a notice saying it was cancelled. Other companies were running their cruises. So far no mention of a refund. Completely unprofessional and not a clue about customer service.
We’re sorry you were disappointed by the cancellation. The decision to cancel was made because the Air Quality Index was classified as hazardous due to wildfire smoke. The health and safety of our passengers and crew is always our highest priority, and we do not operate in conditions that pose a risk. We would also like to clarify that the statement regarding other companies is misleading. Most operators also suspended their operations that day due to the hazardous air quality. Additionally, outdoor events were cancelled by the city of Toronto and Waterfront BIA for the same reason. Regarding refunds, they are not issued automatically for cancelled bookings. Customers simply need to contact us to request either a refund or to reschedule. As you've now made it clear that you would prefer a refund, we will process your request. While we understand cancellations are frustrating, we stand by the decision to prioritize health and safety during the wildfire smoke event.

As a first time visitor to Toronto, this was a wonderful experience. The history of the harbour islands was intriguing, the islands scenery was beautiful and it was amazing and refreshing to be on Lake Ontario. The views of the Toronto city skyline was incredible. I was very impressed with the "working waterfront" shores and how many parks were tucked away throughout. The blue skies helped to showcase the beautiful Toronto downtown scene. I recommend everyone to take this tour.

We book this tour last minute yesterday afternoon. We could see it had good ratings, so we went for it. So glad we did. The tour was really good. Emily was our guide. She was brilliant, really interesting, bubbly and friendly. Would totally recommend the tour. Great views, good commentary and a reasonable price. We felt bad, we had no cash to give Emily a tip.
