Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Our group joining safaris operate on a fixed schedule to ensure fairness to all guests. On the day of your booking, the departure time was clearly communicated in advance. Unfortunately, as you arrived after the agreed departure time, the group had already left as scheduled. We understand this was frustrating, however, as outlined in our booking policy, late arrivals for group departures are considered a no-show and are non-refundable, as the safari proceeds with other guests. We take pride in offering transparent and reliable service, and we strongly dispute any suggestion of fraudulent activity. We remain committed to clear communication and fair policies for all our clients. We wish you the best in your future travels. Regards
There pickup was amazing.we saw different animals eg zebras antelopes the king of jungle the Lion . Afterwards we were dropped back at our hotel
Visiting Nairobi National Park was an unforgettable experience that brilliantly blended the thrill of a safari with the convenience of being just a short drive from Kenya's capital city. The park offered a surprisingly rich and immersive wildlife experience despite its proximity to an urban environment. I saw lions, rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and countless antelope species—all with the Nairobi skyline visible in the background. The blend of wilderness and cityscape made it uniquely captivating. The early morning game drive was especially rewarding, with clear sightings and pleasant weather enhancing the experience. Our guide was highly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts about the animals, vegetation, and the park’s history. She had a deep understanding of animal behavior, which made sightings more meaningful. Her ability to track and spot animals, along with his engaging storytelling, elevated the entire visit. Safety protocols were well observed throughout the visit. The park rangers and guides ensured we remained in designated areas and vehicles, and they provided clear instructions on how to behave around wildlife. Vehicles were in good condition, and communication equipment was in place for emergencies. I felt secure at all times. Booking the visit was straightforward, and communication before the tour was clear and timely. The tour company provided helpful guidelines on what to wear and bring. Entry into the park was smooth, and the entire experience was well-paced, avoiding any rush while covering the park’s main areas. Given the richness of the experience and the close proximity to Nairobi, the visit was excellent value for money. The cost included park entry, a guided tour, and refreshments, making it a worthwhile investment for both tourists and local visitors seeking a half-day adventure without the long travel hours typical of traditional safaris. The park’s location is one of its biggest advantages. Just a 15- to 30-minute drive from central Nairobi (depending on traffic), it’s easily accessible by taxi, private car, or organized tours. The park is also suitable for all age groups and offers facilities like restrooms, a visitor center, and picnic sites
My visit to Nairobi National Park was a truly unforgettable experience. What made it especially memorable was the unique setting — a thriving wildlife sanctuary right on the edge of a bustling city. Watching lions roam freely with the city skyline in the background was surreal and awe-inspiring. The professionalism of the guide was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and ensured our safety throughout the tour. Their insights about animal behavior, conservation efforts, and the park's history added depth to the experience. The park is well-suited for various groups. Families will enjoy the close encounters with animals, nature lovers will appreciate the diversity of species and landscapes, and tourists on a tight schedule will find it incredibly accessible. Whether you're a solo traveler or in a group, Nairobi National Park offers a rewarding and convenient safari experience.
