Marvelous trip to Rajastan including some hidden gems like Bundi and Bikaner which we enjoyed. When our arrival date changed at the last minute due to cancelled flights, Joyful Holidays was able to adjust the schedule with no fuss. Our excellent driver, Ajay, made the trip a success!

We contacted Joyful Holidays after reading many good reviews. We had a personalised itinerary and this was thoughtfully done. Emails were answered very quickly. Our driver Suresh was very professional and an excellent driver. The car was washed daily and we had a basket of snacks provided throughout the trip. He was always there for us. Our car was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our luggage. There were some days of long travel but were always comfortable in the vehicle. The tour was well planned and our hotels were comfortable. We stayed in 3 star heritage/haveli accommodation. Our guides were excellent. The founder of the company was regularly in touch with us to ensure the trip was meeting our expectations. We would have no expectation in recommending Joyful Holidays. Kerry

Sonia and her team at Joyful Holidays did in reality put together a joyful holiday. Right from the first contact they were very prompt with replys and efficient with booking and necessary holiday details. All the transport arrangements worked seamlessly. We had a large new air conditioned car and an amazingly helpful English speaking driver named Ram, who looked after us beautifully. The itinerary was excellent a good mixture of places to visit, travel and relaxation, and the Rathambore safari was an experience in itself. We had experienced guides at all the main historic sites, who could also recommend Arts and crafts emporiums, good restaurants and cultural shows. We stayed in a mixture of hotels, some historic buildings, some with lovely garden chalets and some city business type. TIP. Hot water takes a long time to get to taps in some hotels or may not be available 24hrs in 3☆☆☆, so best to ask first.

The tour was amazing, we visited many cities and two wild life sanctuaries in Rajasthan. First day we did only Delhi and coming 11 days we covered over 2000 km from Delhi via Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and visited Jawai and Ranthambore national parks. First day we were very happy with the guide Vivek who showed and explained for us the important sights in Delhi. Even though this was not our first trip to Delhi we got to know a lot of interesting history. We also had very good local guides in other cities during trip. All the time Joyful travels were responsive and helped us under way. Mr Parveen the driver was very helpful explaning a lot of daily life in India and took us safe around for the whole drive. We really will recommend Joyful travels and Ms Sonia Handa. We had a very personal and wonderful experience.

I recently went on a trip to India with Joyful Holidays, and I must say it was an incredible experience! Sonia, the owner of the company, has done a fantastic job of creating a travel company that not only provides employment opportunities for women but also ensures that every detail of the trip is taken care of. Throughout our journey in New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Varanasi, Sonia was constantly in touch with us, making sure everything was perfectly coordinated. She even arranged for food during our flights to and from Varanasi. The drivers and tour guides she organized for us were not only friendly and punctual but also treated us like family. They truly made us feel welcome in India. The trip to India with Joyful Holidays included the cities of New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Varanasi. These cities offered a diverse and enriching experience, allowing us to explore the vibrant culture, historical landmarks, and spiritual essence of India. Each city had its own tour guide, and they were all amazing. They suggested fantastic restaurants along the way, allowing us to indulge in the delicious culinary delights of India. The hotels Sonia arranged were also excellent, providing us with comfort throughout our trip. I must give a special shoutout to Praveen, our driver, who was not only kind and caring but also became a great friend. He was very attentive throughout our tour and we had great conversation with him getting to know him and a little bit about his family. Along the way, he suggested restaurants for us to eat and gave us a lot of insight into India. He just made our trip experience extremely enjoyable. Even now as we are home, my kids, and I think of Praveen and reminisce about the great times we had touring with him through India. Vivek, our tour guide in New Delhi, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He knew a lot about the monuments in New Delhi and also arranged for a great tuk tuk ride through the streets of Chandi Chowk, a vibrant bustling shopping venue in New Delhi. he provided us with great background information in history on all the places that we visited in New Delhi. Truly great having him as a tour guide. Shiv, our guide in Jaipur, made us feel right at home, and like Vivek, was extremely knowledgeable of all the places that we went to see. Even when a couple of issues arose with traffic and congestion at certain sites, both Praveen and Vivek quickly rearranged the itinerary so that we could maximize our experience . In Agra, we had the pleasure to tour with Raj, and in Varanasi, we had TJ. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a great tour of these beautiful cities. Sonia also organized a memorable excursion to an elephant sanctuary, where we got to interact with these magnificent animals and learn about their conservation. We even had the opportunity to enjoy home-cooked meals with locals, experiencing the true hospitality of India. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Sonia and her team at Joyful Holidays for providing us with such an amazing and heartwarming experience. We were treated like VIPs at every location! We started in Dehli, traveled to Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and ended in Mumbai. Our driver, Praveen held everything together and was on standby 24/7. His attention to the details of the trip made it so easy for us. We loved hearing his stories and miss him now. All the guides were exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the sites and history and also led us through the streets to "experience" India. The guide in Agra, Atul, was the absolute best and we toured the Taj Majah at a relaxed pace and full of awe. But again, all of the guides were great! We selected and booked our own hotels and Joyful Holidays worked with our schedule, filling it with the right balance of touring and relaxation time. We ran into group tours and in watching them, made us even more thankful we chose the private tour path.

Our tour (10 days Rajastan and Varanasi) was perfect. Sonia is a very nice and kind person and she arranged good guides for us in every place we visited. Also she followed us during the trip and she was always in contact with us making sure everything was fine. Our driver Ajay was very kind, expert and helpful, he drove safely and he also ensured we ate at good restaurant along the way. I did tour with Joyful Holidays for 10 days. I got in touch with Sonia and originally was going to do the tour solo (female) but had stated I would like to have someone else to do the tour with if possible. Sonia then linked me in with another female of similar age. She was wanting to do similar tour. I spoke with the other female before going on tour and we agreed we would like to do it together. We had a driver Raj who could not have been more helpful who supported us along the way and ensured out safety. He also ensured we ate at good restaurants along the way that were clean. We had tour guides along the way. Tour was completely catered to what we wanted to do. Sonia also checked in along the way regarding how the tour was. Overall a great experience. We covered a lot of cities and could not have done it without Joyful Holidays 😊

After deciding to book a tour with Joyfull holidays, Sonia matcht me with another female solo traveler, so that the trip would be more enjoyable and also more affordable for me.
