I would not recommend this tour. There was a lot of unnecessary waiting. After arriving, it took over an hour just to get everyone checked in and ready to go. The process felt disorganized from the start. The extra fees were also excessive. There is a $25 park entrance fee, and if you don’t pay in cash, they add an additional 16% processing fee. I’m also not sure what the park entrance fee was for, since the tour consisted of riding along the beach. They also charge extra for insurance. I declined it, so they asked to keep my credit card on file for liability purposes. At the end of the tour, they forgot to return my card. I didn’t realize it until I was already on the shuttle back to my hotel. If holding guests’ credit cards is part of their protocol, they need a reliable system to ensure they’re returned. Forgetting something as important as a customer’s credit card is unacceptable and reflects a lack of organization. The ATV ride itself was fun, but the 80 minutes of riding didn’t make up for all the waiting and inefficiency. The tequila tasting at the end felt like an afterthought. It was brief, rushed, and not well organized. By that point, I was just ready to leave. To top it off, the shuttle driver asked me for a tip as we arrived at my hotel. When he realized I didn’t have cash to tip him, he slammed the car door shut, visibly irritated, and drove away. It left a disappointing final impression. Overall, while the ATV ride was enjoyable, the poor organization, unexpected fees, mishandling of my credit card, and unprofessional service made the experience not worth the cost.
It was so fun! Come prepared with sunblock, bandana, and glasses and lots of water!! Also, $25 beach fee per person not included. Great ride with Alberto and Jose!!
Great experience and fun. Alberto and José were awesome. Very informative, funny and made sure we were safe. Just make sure to bring your own bottle water as it was extremely hot.
Beware they say it is a 2 to 3 hour excursion, however, by the time you pick up all of the other people from the hotels and you get to the location and wait for everybody else and do the safety briefing it was more like 5 1/2 hours. It’s kind of a scam, they push you to upgrade your vehicle and they say bandannas and facemasks are provided, however, they push you to buy these as well because the ones they have on hand are ripped and torn and look gross. They were also very pushy about writing a review and tipping, like annoyingly pushy. We were in a large group and had to go very slow behind other people so that kind of sucked. We did eventually get to break off into a smaller group and go faster. The beach was beautiful and the desert was nice, but of course it’s very very hot. I would not recommend.

We do want to clarify a few points regarding your experience. The 2 to 3-hour duration listed refers strictly to the activity time at our park. Shared round-trip transportation times depend entirely on the distance of each guest's hotel. Because the Los Cabos region is so vast, some resorts are just 2 minutes from our location, while others are up to 50 minutes away in a neighboring city. Naturally, picking up guests along this extended route adds transit time to the overall day, which is standard for any shared tour. Regarding the gear and equipment, our complimentary loaner bandanas are washed and sanitized daily, but we do offer brand-new ones for purchase for guests who prefer a personal souvenir. Additionally, we take great pride in our fleet, and all of our standard vehicles are the newest models available. Therefore, vehicle upgrades are strictly optional enhancements for those looking for a different style of ride, but they are never mandatory. Lastly, we apologize if our team’s mention of gratuities and reviews felt pushy; our guides work hard and love sharing their passion, but tips and reviews are always entirely at your discretion.
We had an amazing time on this ATV tour! It was the perfect mix of adventure and sightseeing. The guides made safety a top priority from start to finish, so we felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. The views were incredible, the ride was thrilling, and we even learned a bit about the local culture along the way. Booking online was quick and easy, the price was well worth it, and transportation to and from our resort was included. The tequila tasting at the end was a fun bonus! Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Cabo. ask for Alberto, Ramon, and Daniel, they were great guides!

Make sure to bring an extra 25 per person this was not a charge I was aware of until arrival. Overall a very nice experience very good views.

Our driver arrived exactly on time at the resort you selected during checkout. Unfortunately, since that was not the hotel where you were staying, and there was no contact phone number attached to your reservation, our team had no way to reach you to correct the location. Despite the mistake being on the booking details provided to us, we still chose to return your money immediately because we care about our customers. 10/10! Easy pickup & transportation process. Guides were extremely professional and personable, sense of humor always appreciated. Jose & Junior were masters of their craft. Got to go full throttle few times which is what I cared about most, instead of stuck behind a slow line of ATVs (we’ve all been there). Also explained a lot of the wildlife & history of area, which was really cool. Icing on the cake was Ramón @ the tequila tasting. This guy is an OG and made my day. Funny, lively, and generous pours. I bought a bottle of the spiked horchata. This was super fun and riding along the waves crashing on a hot summer day was bliss! Don’t hesitate, book now
