This was such a diverse tour, we started with a breakfast, then caught a funicular to Montserrat, then a visit to the markets to taste fruits, a stroll through the old city then lunch. Whilst is covers a lot, it was not hectic and Jackie our guide made sure we had sufficient time at each stop

The tour is great! Nat did a great job of introducing us to Colombian culture and teaching us more about Bogota. It is a very long tour. It’s very worth it but we were spent by the end of it.
Thank you, Caitlyn! We’re so glad you enjoyed the full Bogotá experience with Nat. She loves sharing the culture, flavors, and stories of the city, and it’s great to know the tour felt meaningful for you. It is indeed a long day — Bogotá has so much to offer — but we’re happy to hear it was worth it. You’re always welcome back to explore even more with us.
This tour was a fantastic experience. Guide Luis was exceptional, answered all my concerns, has extensive cultural knowledge and is a very kind young man. Thank you for this beautiful experience.
The tour operator was about to cancel the tour because it was just me. Luckily two more persons joined on the evening before the tour. Our guide Jaquelin is superb. She knows her stuff as a guide and has a charmingly joyful way of delivering it. The tour takes to see the views over Bogota from Monserrate and is a great way to learn about Bogota, Candelaria and Colombia.
This was a really fun tour, with five other guys and our guide, Lifred. I had just arrived in Bogota, two days earlier, and on my first outing to La Candelaria, the day before, I'd lost my camera to a pickpocket, which unnerved me, a bit. I thought a tour would be a wise move, to hear from a local about the pros and cons of walking around Bogota, places to avoid, learn about the scams, etc. Lifred, our guide, was very knowledgeable. We convened at a bar, the morning of the tour, checked everyone in, and then hiked to the base of Montserrate, and took the "funicular" to the summit, where we got good pictures of Bogota and the surrounding mountains. We then took the tram/gondola back down, and got lunch, went to museums, had a fruit tasting/seminar, saw Bolivar square, had a coffee making/tasting demonstration, and wound up the day at another bar, for chocolate with cheese, and a game of "Tejo," a national game involving trying to hit triangles filled with an explosive powder to make them pop. It was a good day, and nice having a group of guys around, after having my camera stolen as a solo traveller, the day before. Lifred shared a lot of knowledge about the food, history, politics, and customs of Bogota, as well as some helpful safety tips. In fact, I'd have hired his company for a tour to a coffee plantation, the following week, but the last tour of that type for the time being fell on a day in which I was scheduled to move from one hotel to another, across town. Great tour, and well worth the money. MD Dec. 2026
Fascinating. Take it. Jacqueline is a great guide. She knows a lot. She is very good at explaining and even takes great pictures. She accommodated to our likes and went beyond what she had to. I don't know if you can request a tour guide but if you can, request Jacqueline. The only thing I want much food of was the food. Soup was great but second wasn't. Maybe correct that.
I had a fantastic walking tour in Bogota with Nat. We explored La Candelaria, visited Monserrate, the Gold Museum, and Botero, and even sampled some great local snacks. Nat is incredibly informative and knows her city inside out. What really impressed me was how she handled a setback when my phone was stolen. She went above and beyond, helping me speak with the police and taking me to a shop to buy a new phone. As a solo traveler, having her support was invaluable. Despite the incident, I had a great trip. I highly recommend Nat to anyone visiting—she truly looks out for her guests!
Yuli was an amazing tour guide! Her expertise and love for the heritage and culture of Colombia weaved throughout the tour. We tried lots of food we otherwise wouldn’t have been comfortable ordering on our own. The food was delicious too! Highly recommend this tour, we’ll work the money. Tour was in both Spanish and English.
Highlights of Bogota and plenty of food! Pretty good pace with some rest spots while snacking/ eating. Attentive and accommodating host.
