The only reason we booked this particular tour was because we could do the gondola and the Hot Springs on the same tour. It was a bit disappointing that the others on the tour did not come prepared for the Hot Springs, and the majority of the group voted to bypass the springs. It’s not the tour guide‘s fault but I still didn’t get what I wanted out of the deal. The gondola ride and visit was amazing!

All day of touring. Had appropriate amount of time at each location. If you’re gonna go in the Hot Springs, make sure you bring bathing suit and plastic bag put your wet suit in. Gondola views from the top were amazing
The full day trip was filled with great experiences and covered all scenic spots. Ram our guide was very informative and helpful. He was polite and accommodating to all requests. Overall excellent value

Ram was an excellent driver and guide. He was personable and friendly. The tour was great but one suggestion would be to drop the Johnson and Two Jacks Lakes and give more time at Lake Minnewaka.

Hot springs is a waste of time. It’s a small pool that smells like chlorine. Parking was issue with no direction from tour agency. Tour guide was nice but he was very hard to understand.

Parking in Banff is always a challenge during summer, but we’re proud that our drivers manage it as professionally as possible. You did spend about two hours with your guide—he picked you up in Banff town, took you to the gondola, and after two hours there, when you decided not to continue, he dropped you back to the hotel as requested. We do appreciate your time, and many of our guests have given him five stars for his knowledge and service. Thanks again, and we hope to welcome you back for a better experience in the future."

The tour was very long and we saw some beautiful scenery around Banff but there were a few issues. First, we all blame the booking agency in that we were all mislead about scheduling a time for the gondola ride. Every one on the bus was lead to believe that the tour company would make the reservation and we would purchase the ticket when we got there. How are we to know how long the trip takes to get there plus the van was a little late in picking up. Fortunately we were all able to get a reservation after we got there due to the driver’s help. The Hot Springs was disappointing as it looked more like a gigantic hot tub and there was nothing to look at if you didn’t go in it. Our driver was very nice, friendly and helpful but his accent was so thick that it was hard to understand a lot of what he was telling us. This was an English speaking tour but most of us couldn’t understand him.
