Our six-day family vacation to South India was the ideal fusion of nature and culture. We started in Chennai by touring Kapaleeshwarar Temple and Marina Beach. We were all captivated by the ancient architecture and stone carvings of Mahabalipuram. We then went to Pondicherry, where we were at peace with the serene alleys of Auroville and the French charm. While the cool weather, misty hills, and lake boating of Kodaikanal provided us with wonderful family bonding experiences, the magnificence of Madurai's Meenakshi Temple left us in amazement. But our trip to Kerala's tranquil Alleppey backwaters was the high point. Laughing, eating, and spending time with family outside while cruising in a houseboat through canals lined with coconuts was a moment of pure happiness. Rich in spirituality and natural beauty, Rameswaram was where our voyage came to a close. I am thankful to Royal Rajasthan Travel for planning our trip. They are the best travel operator.

I had a fantastic trip with my friends. Everything was great, including luxury stay, transportation, travel itinerary, meals and experienced guide. I am deeply impressed by the sweet gestures of our guide, he was not only helpful but also a very generous person. During the trip, one of my friends fell sick at midnight. I immediately dialed our guide Vikash, he responded immediately and did the needful things. Next, morning he accompanied us on our journey and ensured that we were comfortable. At each destination—Munnar, Cochin, Alleppey, Kumarakom, and Kovalam—we were introduced to local guides who enriched our experience with their deep insights into the history and culture of the sites.
