The sunset catamaran Stingray City excursion was very good. The crew was polite and helpful. The in water experience was amazing. Our day was at high tide, so it was more wavy-surgy, but the stingrays did not care. The stingrays were plentiful, not threatening and fun to take pictures of. The crew was helpful with capturing the experience and ensuring everyone was safe.

The crew was professional and so kind! On the Buccaneer it was a beautiful sunset and the stingrays were amazing! The crew made sure we each had an opportunity to feed pet and hold the stingrays!

The crew, Poncho, Jason, and Junior, made it so fun! They took care of everyone. There were a couple of nervous people in our group, and they made them feel at ease. The stingrays were delightful! I highly recommend this experience!

The boat itself was huge, spacious, and exceptionally clean, making the entire trip very comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the crew. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the excursion. They made everyone feel welcome and ensured that guests were well taken care of from start to finish. Their positive attitude and excellent service started at check in on land. The first point of contact was funny, friendly and personable.
