Did this in July 2026. We did an evening timed walk. Had a small group which was perfect. Dan was our guide. Extremely knowledgeable! Great humor and just a joy to be around. Each site was a 5 min from the last. Water fountains were part of the walk. Dan did such an amazing job sharing the history behind each of the sites. We got to see Trevi just fine. We didn’t need to pay for the lower seating area. The Pantheon was great but so were the basilicas we got to go in. That was the true hidden gem of this tour. At the end, Dan left us with a host of info via the Carpe Diem app as to sites to see, restaurants to enjoy away from tourist areas and more! He really gave us some good food for thought for a future trip to Rome to see sites that are not well know but have so much more value

Cashia was a wonderful tour guide. She was there on time and very professional and courteous. She gave recommendations to dining and answered all of our questions. The walk is not too bad. She takes many stops in the shade and talks about the spot. We had enough time at each spot. You go inside one really pretty church which you should cover your shoulders in. You can see the outer ring of the trevi fountain. It does not include the 2 euro entrance fee to the inner ring. There is a 15 minute stop at the Trevi fountain so you have time to grab a gelato if you want to very good tour to learn some history and see a few sites.
Great option for an orientation tour to introduce the traveler to some key sites. A good pace, small group, and interesting info. Our guide Delfina was awesome, knowledgeable and pleasant. Very engaging. Not hurried, but kept us on track. Highly recommend.
A fabulous couple of hours spent with a small group and wonderful guide. Even in the heatwave we thoroughly enjoyed little stories and snippets of Roman life, a wonderful way to explore and appreciate the city.

Sharon was lovely, targeted the tour at everyone so the kids and adults loved it. It was incredibly hot so she tailored the walk to shady areas. Highly recommend. Learnt all the little hidden details without being drowned in facts
