Our tour guide did an excellent job of keeping our tour on schedule. Lina had a great attitude and had some interesting information about the places we were driving by.
Amazing trip. Lots of time at the falls and a fair bit of time at behind the falls. Well organised. Lots of watering holes, food and toilets. Interesting information given by tour guide. Early ish start- 8am pick up at Starbucks on Front St. but back around. 5. Highly recommend doing both the boat trip (expect to get wet but you will dry off quickly if the weather is good). And the behind the falls attraction too. Both worth doing. At the falls you can also zip line for under £50 and up at the horseshoe falls end there is a viewing tower which I imagine would give phenomenal views. $18 pp. this is all on the Canadian side. A very worthwhile trip. Rough schedule was: pick up- stop at a park to see a floral clock (15mins- you don’t need longer - restrooms available). Then travel on to maple syrup and chocolate tasting and shop/food/restrooms. We were there around 40min. Then on to the first Niagra stop. We were there a good 2hrs. That’s where the hornblower boat trip is. Also a shop and lots of food places. Then a short trip up the road to tabletop where behind the falls attraction is. Here for about 90min- again shop, food, etc. nothing felt rushed and there was time to see it all and take it all in.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review with us! We’re glad you had plenty of time to enjoy the falls, attractions, and free time throughout the day, and it’s great to hear that the organization and guide’s commentary made the experience even better! ☺️

The bus tour was great! We lucked out and got the larger bus with a washroom, so that was a real plus! Tracy highlighted some of the history of Toronto along the way to Niagara as well and the Journey behind the Falls and the Boat cruise was amazing! Highly recommend!
Thanks so much for your review and recommendation! We’re glad Tracy added some interesting history along the way and that you enjoyed both Journey Behind the Falls and the boat cruise! 🚢 🌊
Very busy during our experience. Too many people in our group--52!! Not impressed with Behind the Falls experience. It's a photo op!!
Hi Lisa, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We’re sorry the group size and Journey Behind the Falls experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We hope you still enjoyed seeing Niagara Falls! 🌊
I had a really enjoyable day I won’t replace Cathie with any other tour guide A very entertaining person that kept the ambience pleasant and joyfully. Even Rob the driver with his serious jokes was like a topping to the ice cream
Thank you for your great review! ☺️ We love hearing that you enjoyed your time with Cathie and that Rob’s jokes added the perfect finishing touch!
John, our tour guide, was incredible. On the bus trip to Niagra he shared his years of experience and knowledge of the Toronto and surrounding areas. John truly wants everyone to have the best experience. He was so organized and well spoken. His instructions and expectations were crystal clear and flawless. When moving as a group, he held a Canadian flag so we could easily see and follow him to all the attractions. If you have a choice for a tour guide, pick John, he is such a beautiful human being to be around. He made me laugh and smile the entire day, his personality is infectious and made the trip unforgettable. I know you will read this John, so thank you for a lifetime memory. John S. from Saskatoon, SK.
Hi John, thank you so much for taking the time to write this, John’s going to really appreciate it! It sounds like he made you feel looked after from the moment you got on the bus, and we’re so glad you had such a fun day with us! 😊
Amazing experience and our guide John was very knowledgeable!
Thank you so much for your review! We’re glad you had an amazing experience with John! ☺️
Very well organized tour, very kind and humorous guide (Cari). Unfortunately the entire Niagara location gives you a terrible feeling. We expected nature. We experienced a mix of completely overpriced commercialism and felt as though we were part of factory farming. Endless lanes and squeezing. The whole place was totally overcrowded and only focused on getting as many tourists through the tours and shops as possible. Absolutely awful! But to be clear: this is not the fault of Queen Tour. They tried to make the best of it. However, I would never go on such a tour again.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad you felt Cari and our team did their best to make the experience enjoyable. Niagara Falls is certainly a very popular destination, especially during busy periods, and unfortunately the crowds and commercial atmosphere are not something we’re able to control. We’re sorry it wasn’t the experience you were hoping for, but we appreciate you recognizing the efforts of our team
