National Park Shuttles es el único operador de Manawhenua con sede en Waimarino, que proporciona servicios de transporte confiables desde la única instalación de estacionamiento seguro ubicada convenientemente en la carretera estatal 46 en el extremo de la carretera de Ketetahi. Ofrecemos una experiencia sin estrés al permitirle estacionar de forma segura antes de emprender su viaje. Te trasladamos desde el aparcamiento privado hasta el comienzo de la caminata (Mangatepopo). Se puede caminar tan rápido o tan lentamente como desee. No hay horas de espera para una lanzadera en la meta si eres rápido. No corras por tu transbordador si eres lento. Al final de la caminata, llegará al aparcamiento Ketetahi de 4 horas. Caminará otros 900 metros desde allí, de regreso a donde está estacionado su automóvil. Tenga la seguridad de que nadie se queda atrás!

El único aparcamiento privado. Esto NO ES ESTACIONAMIENTO AL LADO DE LA CARRETERA de la HWY46. Si viaja desde Taupo Turangi, asegúrese de tomar la HWY 1 y girar hacia la HWY46 (Parque Nacional). Tardarás 20 minutos aproximadamente en llegar al aparcamiento. La señal real está en el lado izquierdo de la carretera y dice "TONGARIRO SHUTTLE CAR PARK". Si viaja desde National Park Village, tome la HWY 47, recorra esa carretera durante aproximadamente 25 a 30 minutos y luego gire a la derecha en la HWY 46 (Rangipo). Desde allí tardarás 10 minutos aproximadamente en llegar al aparcamiento. Está a 400 metros de la entrada de la pista de Ketetahi (no vayas por esa calle). Debe estar en el aparcamiento como mínimo 15 minutos antes de la hora de salida. El personal estará en el parking para hacer el check-in. Muestra tu confirmación.

You can arrive 20minutes early to the carpark and you are allowed to hope on any shuttle which comes first even it’s from other agencies. This arrangement is excellent especially during Easter holiday when the waiting queue is long and crowded. I like this arrangement. At the end of the track, you will need to walk to the car park for another 1 km, which is flat and ok.
You walk around the lake about 80 to 90 minutes and pay 4 euros. Last year it was 2 euros. Certainly not again, just rip it off. Incidentally, there are many nice opportunities for walking here since you don't need the Unterbacher See

Epic experience. Shuttles were well organised and on time. Crazy Tracey was the best driver. Very funny and lots of great info. The whole experience was amazing! Bucket list item for sure.
All went as planned, meet at the car park and good local knowledge from our driver..
To make the Alpine Crossing carefree, the round trip transport is more than recommended. Pick up at the start and finish. Were promptly the driver friendly the bus came of age, but completely fulfilled its purpose.
Top service - we camped at the Whakapapa Holiday Park and booked the shuttle service there and back, just from the campsite. Super comfortable, so you can leave the camper standing. It all worked out great 😍.
We arrived early and the driver left promptly when the van filled, so we were able to get on the track a bit earlier than expected. It is more than .5 miles down a dusty road to the car park when you are done this amazing walk. It would be nice if there was a pedestrian walk off the road, or transport back to the lot.
The best shuttle for the Tongariro crossing. Amazing staff and our driver was lovely and shared lots of knowledge about the area. Highly recommended!
