I traveled all the way there and received a text about 15 minutes before, that it was cancelled. I should have paid attention to the other review . This ruined a whole day.
We are truly sorry for having to cancel your tour at the very last minute due to an unexpected emergency. We deeply regret that this disrupted your plans and ruined your day after you traveled all the way to meet us. A full refund has already been issued and processed for your booking. Such a last-minute cancellation is an extremely rare and exceptional occurrence for us. We pride ourselves on reliability and are already reviewing our backup procedures to ensure this does not happen again.
Our guide Mahyo (sorry not sure about spelling) was so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the different types of Ramen and their preparations. She also took us to a local shrine and showed us how to do the ritual which was nice. The ramen portions were quite big so we didn’t finish each bowl but they were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend this guide and this tour.
Great ramen locations and good background on ramen types. It was nice to stay right in the neighborhood and see some sights along the way. Not too much walking, but still saw a lot. Timing was great because Ramen places weren’t overcrowded for lunch or dinner.

Our guide Seiya was amazing, not only taking us to the best recommended ramen shops but also showing us cool parts of Shibuya along the way. We saw interesting street art and little alleys we would have missed otherwise. It was a great sightseeing and food experience rolled into one.

I never knew there were so many types of authentic ramen! Thanks to the half-sized bowls, I could taste the difference between a rich tonkotsu and a savory shio broth in one tour. It was a delicious education in real Japanese ramen. Highly recommended!

The guide's Sakura, recommended shops were all fantastic, hidden gems away from the tourist crowds. Being able to have half-sized portions is genius; we got to sample three completely different, delicious styles of ramen in one evening. I'd do this tour again in a heartbeat!

We got to see the famous Shibuya Crossing and other cool spots, and then duck into different ramen shops. The half-sized bowls meant we could try multiple places without getting too full. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing and foodie fun.
