Mr. Li was FANTASTIC! Received communication from him right after the plane landed. Checking on our status through checkpoint to luggage pickup! He found us immediately, greeted so warmly/graciously and drove us to our hotel in safe and timely fashion! Very reasonable price and will use this service going back to the airport! Everything was a breeze. The company communicated to me by text and WhatsApp. I paid a little extra for the Meet and Greet service, which was worth it. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign in the airport lobby, which was marvelous after 20 hours of travel. Everything was friendly and efficient.

Nice to have someone meet you after picking up your luggage and going through immigration and customs. With that said, there was an almost constant, "Where are you now" text messaging from the provider that started out as nice to know, to "OK I'm still stuck in the immigration line", to "OK, now I'm stuck in the customs line". I get the fact that the driver needs to know where we are (and they provide a time limit of 1 1/2 hours from touchdown to the driver pickup point arrival. In our case we came very close to the time limit (extra charges would be applied). So the vehicle, driving skill and dropoff were great. Driver was NOT an English speaker which was a bullet point in the vendors description. All in all, I would book again as they seem VERY engaged with providing excellent customer service.

Excellent transportation service. The communication from the operator was great, they tracked our flight and were on time. The service from the driver was excellent as well.

After a long flight we were tired and ready to get to our hotel. The last thing we wanted to do is figure out the metro system. A private driver from Narita to your hotel in Tokyo is something I highly recommend to anyone traveling here for the first time. Our driver was great!

A few days before the trip the company reached out and said in order to get a sign to meet us at the airport they required an additional charge. For the price of the service, I thought this was ridiculous. The sign was written with pen on a paper and wasn’t needed to find him. They asked for a photo when we landed. The driver barely acknowledged us, didn’t confirm where we are going, or speak more than a few words to us. When we got to the hotel he asked for the money for the sign which we gave him but we needed change. He didn’t have any and had an attitude about it. He didn’t try to help at all and was just like I don’t know what to tell you. We ended up paying another 2,000 YEN as we were tired. Clearly seems like something they do often. Skip this and get a ride from someone else.
