Don't book with this company my mother inl-law requured a wheelchair. I asked the company 2 days in advance if they would be able to assist. They never got back to me . On the day of the tour they finally got back to me and told me they could not i wanted to cancel at that moment but they said it was a wheelchair assit place near the meetup spot and everythingwould be fine. The information was incorrect my mother-in-law had a medical emergency trying to get to the location for the wheelchair, so i called and said that we weren't going to make it because we had to take her to the hospital and if i colud just get a refund because the tour didn't start yet. They had no compassion and denied my request. This company dont care their just money hungry . Didn't even ask if she was okay. Go with a company that cares about your wellbeing not money. There are plenty of other companies on here.

The experience was very nice. We got to walk around and learn a little about the culture of the temple and shrine. We were a group of 8 and we were able to take rests when needed. It was very informative and took it all at a nice pace. You could do the tour yourself but it was really nice to have someone there who led you and let you know the proper etiquette for all of the places visited.

Extremely interesting tour! The guide was full of energy which made the tour really fun. The guide spoke English fluently and answered all of our questions :)
