Miyuki was our great guide for this activity. It was a pleasure to spend the day with her. She was punctual, organized, and very accommodating. She tailored the day to our interests. She took wonderful care of us and made Tokyo a hundred times easier for this newcomer.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Spending the day with your family—your husband who knows so much about Japan and your lovely daughters—is such a happy memory for me too. It was a hot day, but we visited so many great places! Too bad we didn't see any birds at Hamarikyu Gardens. Next time for sure! But I'm so glad you liked "Tonkatsu" restaurant in my neighborhood! There are still so many amazing places to discover here, so please come back to Japan anytime!! Next time, I’ll take you to some of my favorite secret spots. Your friend Miyuki
What an amazing day in Tokyo with Hitomi!! We visited several spots around the City including the fish market, Harijuku, Shibuya and the Meiji Shrine. Hitomi gave us choices ahead of time and tailored our day to the sites we chose. We stopped for lunch at an incredible sushi place. Hitomi’s recommendations and tips made our day extra special. Her communication was phenomenal, and she helped us to feel comfortable everywhere we went! I highly recommend Hitomi as a tour guide when visiting Tokyo!! We would have been overwhelmed without her!!
Thank you for your kind review! I was extremely happy to see you when you went to the Shabu Shabu restaurant which I recommended. Please come back again in the near future!
Kaz was our guide today and he was a great tour guide. He was both knowledgeable and friendly, he helped us appreciate the wonderful sights but also the essence of Japan and their fabulous culture. Thanks Kaz 🇬🇧🇯🇵
I’m greatly flattered by your great evaluation. All are thanks to your kindness. That limited 6 hours and places we shared with you two in TOKYO were impressive and unforgettable! I strongly hope you‘ve got the fortunate experience of your stay in JAPAN!!! Again, Thank you for coming to JAPAN KAZ
We had a magical afternoon riding through the streets of Tokyo with Thichi as our guide. The tour felt thoughtfully curated from start to finish—gliding past cherry blossoms in 2 different parks, weaving through quiet residential neighborhoods and charming hidden pathways, and making our way to the iconic Shibuya Crossing. One of the highlights was how seamlessly the experience blended biking with a quick hop onto the subway to see a famous painting with a fascinating story behind it, something we never would have discovered or appreciated on our own. We also explored the markets within the subway, which added a unique and local feel to the experience. The tour included vibrant city spots and a peaceful local shrine, giving us a real sense of Tokyo’s many layers. Thichi brought everything to life with his knowledge of the city’s history and his personal stories. We also met other lovely people on the tour, shared plenty of laughs, and felt completely immersed the whole time. It was the perfect balance of culture, adventure, and fun—an experience we’ll remember for a long time.
Kaz was a wonderful guide! He created such a beautiful and meaningful first day for us in Japan. Kaz shared his wealth of knowledge of history and culture as well as personal stories, he also helped us to understand the subway system. We thoroughly enjoyed our day in Toyoko with Kaz.
I really am impressed the time with you two in your day in the first chapter of your trip and appreciate much for your high evaluation. Strongly hope that limited hours in Tokyo is unforgettable memory. I really enjoyed the communication with you. Thank you from KAZ
Our 4 hour private tour with Hiro our guide was amazing! Hiro was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We travelled by metro to various places which was very efficient. We wanted a unique experience and he delivered a curated experience. We were able to see beautiful cherry blossoms at Shinjuku Gyoen Park, sake tasting through the Japan Sake information centre and walk through the Ningyocho neighborhood. Hiro recommended a local Wagyu steak house in Ningyocho for lunch. It was the best steak we had ever had. We would highly recommend Hiro and this customized private tour.
Dear Minseon; Thanks for your nice feedback. I am happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed the tour. I also enjoyed introducing nice people in Ningyocho and good food there. I hope your stay in Japan is safe and enjoyable! All the best and hope to see you soon. Hiro
Miyiki was fabulous, I got an overview of Tokyo from a lovely local. Very comfortable friendly and knowledge.

We found this to be a really good way to see a lot of Tokyo that we would otherwise have not been able to find on our own. Going via public transport was also a big help as we now know how to do this for the rest of our stay. Miyuki is very knowledgeable, easy to understand and was able to conduct the tour at our pace so that we could stop and look at what we wanted to along the way.
Hi Jo san & family! Thank you so much for your great review!!! Now you became a expert for the public transport in Tokyo. It was a pleasure taking you to various places, from famous sights to my own neighborhood. I believe exploring the quiet, local side of town offers a truly special experience. Next time, I hope to show you the beauty of a different season—perhaps the seasonal blooms or the traditional Japanese gardens we couldn't visit today. Your friend, Miyuki
It was my family’s first time in Tokyo and Hitomi showed us everything: trains and subways, shrines and temples, parks and busy streets, and the yummiest ramen restaurant! We had fun, learnt a lot, and never felt too overwhelmed or unsure. It was a perfect amount of time and she was very accommodating.
Thank you for your kind words. Your family easily got used to the train system. You are also amazing to curious everything you saw and felt in Japan. Enjoy the experience in snow resort and Onsen to release the stiff shoulder!
We had the best day ever with Hitomi! She is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and her English is incredible. We saw everything we wanted to and more. The lunch she organised for our large group was so delicious and a wonderful Japanese experience. She even made sure we knew how to get home before she left us. Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I was really impressed with your curiosity for Japanese culture and food. You looked so enjoyable staying in Japan. Enjoy beautiful powder snow in ski resort!
