Thank you, Umrah Transportation, for all your help during my travels in Saudi Arabia! I booked 3 services with Umrah Transportation and they did an excellent job. Very professional, SAFE, comfortable drive from Jeddah airport to Makkah hotel; then again from Makkah hotel to Madinah hotel. The cars were very clean and driver even provided neck pillows for passengers to use. I had also requested a ride to Masjid Aisha while I was in Makkah to complete my ihram, and they helped with that. Overall had very good communication from everyone, the coordinator and from all the drivers. They responded to all my questions in timely manner and some times right away. Appreciate their help very much, Alhamdulilah. I was traveling with my brother and his family, but many times I did solo trips because his schedule was busy with kids. Thank you Umrah Transportation for making everything possible, wish you great success in your business Insha'Allah! Highly recommended.

Extremely bad service and very rude customer service. There is no sort of organisation at all between the person making the booking and other inner-services. Even though I booked and paid for everything a month before my journey , nothing was ready on time. 3 days before the flight, I had to chase up my visa, which they said was ready and which I found out it wasn't. The transport office never sends any details of passengers to their drivers, I had to wait for 2h/40m in the airport waiting for a driver and when I called the person in charge he was asleep and didn't really care much. The hotel bookings were never ready too; the first hotel said the booking was cancelled and the second hotel wouldn't let you in without a reservation number which the Al-Hadi agency doesn't have and never provided me with it. They kept refusing to give me any sort of information of the bookings until last minute. The hotel they said we've booked you with good internet connection, has no internet at all. And the other hotel, reservations were made to many people under same room. The transport is the worse service with this company, they either come super late or super early and on both hand they end up waisting your time in doing more stuff whilst being in Makkah and Madinah. They will provide you with no information and would not accept any fault they do. Its been a very stressful experience and I would never book through them again or recommend them to anyone. But the most annoying part, is the customer service which I called to make a complain; they went on laughing and kept saying at least at the end you did your journey even if it was bad.

As American tourists with 20 hours on the ground in Jeddah, we thought it would be nice to get a guide around Jeddah. I should have noticed that the site asks if you want an "Umrah or Hajj Package" - neither of which were relevant. What we got was a nice driver in a car. We landed at 8am on Saudia. The Visa on Arrival machines are poorly designed and they reset on us several times before we paid our $130 and got through the process. We went right to the Clarion hotel and were waiting at 11 for the car, which arrived within 10 minutes. The "tour" actually started out great - a coffee at what seems to be the Saudi Arabia of the near future. A place called 6:30 Coffee. Then a ride to the seaside, which was a beautiful area with fish and a few people. Then, it was "where do you want to go". If we knew, we would not have tried to hire a guide! The driver was nice and took us to the old town, but except for a few comments on rather obvious landmarks, it was just a drive around town. "Lunch" was a bit of a mess - because it was late, and because of communication, we ended up at a nice-enough place but got enough food for a family of 6. Only cost $22, but what a waste. It was OK but not great. We had hope for the lunch equivalent of the coffee (which set high expectations). We drove through the city university and the newer parts of town before heading back to the hotel. About 5 hours all told, but we have had short driving tours with actual tour guides and we wish we had done more research. This is a transportation company - probably great if you speak the language, as most of the 5 star customers appear to do. We communicated with someone in the UK, who put us in touch with a Fleet operator who connected us to the driver. Everyone takes a bit through the process and we ended up paying $210 for what was a nice ride but a mediocre tour. The car was servicable, with some minor stains on the back seat, but not nearly as nice as the Uber we took early the next morning to get to the airport. I do not think a lot of people are looking for tours of Jeddah - but as that changes, companies like this might start to think about what customers like my wife and I would like.

We dealt with Sister Zainab who was very professional and polite and she always gave us alternative flights and hotels according to our demands. She booked everything within a week.we are very happy so we will recommend her to others.

Last year I did umrah, with my friends. Alhadia travel provides us good hotels and transport. This year inshallah,I will visit again with my wife. Thanks for your service sister Rida Zainab.

Asalamo Alekum Be other Muhammad Aamir provided my family of 6 with an excellent Umrah package. It was Alhumdulillah our first time on Umrah however my mum has been once before and Mashallah Hajj, all this year. My experience with communication with Brother Aamir was excellent, I couldn't fault him, he made all different kinds of adjustments in my package as I kept on changing dates etc. He provided excellent hotels, transport connections in a reasonable price. We had a few hiccups with the law being changed in September however brother Muhammad Amir assured me we still had the best deal. Thank you for you service brother Muhammad Aamir.
