We booked a 10am slot. We arrived 30min prior (as requested from the team) at 9:30am but waited until 10:20 to finally start. Since we had plans afterwards this was very annoying. The staff didn't really care about this issue: they didn't listen to our problem nor tried to find a solution. The Zipline Park itself is great and definitely worth a visit. We were hosted by two guides: tchibo and Jojo. Jojo was great - he made the experience really unforgettable, asked about our wellbeing and we had a lot of fun with him. Tchibo also was very nice guy but at the last 15 lines he was only scrolling in his phone, watching random videos which kind of killed the vibe. Regarding the saftey: in our home country it's a safety standard to always be attached to the rope with at least one carabiner. This is different in Thailand. While changing the lines there are times when you are not attached. On the higher platforms this felt scary und not fully safe. Also there are some Abseiling platforms with up to 40m. During the abseiling the guard safes you only with their hands and not with an additional automated system in case the rope slips from their hands. They know what they are doing but it still was scary.

This was a great experience and would recommend it. We did the gold package and it was definitely worth doing the extra lines. Amazing views and nice variety of zips and drops. There were no photo guides left to book so we bought case 100tbh and took our own photos. Our guides were great and took videos and photos so we didn’t feel we missed out.

A fantastic experience for anyone who loves adventure and a bit of adrenaline! The guides were extremely professional, attentive, and considerate. They made us feel safe throughout the entire activity and gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands and that any situation would be handled professionally. Just keep in mind that the activity involves a short climb to reach the starting point, as well as climbing up onto the platforms, so comfortable clothing and a reasonable level of fitness are recommended. It’s also a good idea to bring a phone holder, as you’ll need both hands free most of the time. The organization was excellent from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off were perfectly on time, and everything was handled smoothly and pleasantly. Overall, a really enjoyable and exciting experience. Highly recommended!

A great experience in the jungle. Cool guides and sufficient instructions before start. Might be a little rushed sometimes.

My husband and son went to this and they both said it was a brilliant experience. Pick up on time, well worth it.

Thoroughly enjoyed this zipline which I did with my children. The staff are very well trained and conscientious and great at putting everyone at ease. Two staff completed the course with us and they did all the hooking and unhooking of the equipment so we could relax. Highly recommend this and I think the extra ziplines on the gold experience are worth it.

30 ziplines and 3 rappels Super organized by the team, from the hotel pickup to the catering on-site and the zipline guides. Approx. 300 photos for 1500 baht. The photographer was there the whole time. The photos were available immediately on the smartphone.
