Louisa was wonderful! We gave her 5 stars due to being an excellent guide, knowledgeable, and very understanding. She always showed her concern by checking on us, making sure that we were ok, and asking us if we had any questions. If you book this tour, I hope you get her!

The trip itself was nice but long. The worst part is that we were dropped off at a big square that it took us 10 minutes to find our orientation to the hotel and another 10 minutes to get there. In the morning we were not picked up at the hotel either (despite what is written on Viator), but at least we were given a link to get there. The evening drop off was not at the same place and if it was not for Googlemaps and 5G we would be horribly lost.

Fact: Be mentally prepared for a 15 hour day trip with maximum time spent in the coach. Experience: Louisa & Valerie were both wonderfully warm and attentive throughout the trip. Highly recommend both of them for all kinds of trips in Albania! One complaint- there was a change of coach-transfer from a small one to a bigger one. The bigger one had food wrapper and crumbs stashed in the tray table and should have been cleaned before having new passengers on board.

The tour was very nice. I would especially like to praise the tour guide Dorian. He surpassed himself with his care. A big thank you to the driver as well. The bus was air-conditioned (bringing a jacket is recommended). All the stops were very nice and worth seeing. Unfortunately, the stop in Saranda was very short, which we liked very much. The Blue Eye and the river were also very beautiful. The stay in Ksamir was almost a bit too long. All in all, one can only recommend the tour.

There are guides and there are people who turn a simple trip into an unforgettable memory. Dorian is part of the second category. The trip to Ksamil, Sarandë and Blue Eye was absolutely superb, and the credit goes 100% to him. His professionalism, patience, positive energy and care for each tourist are impressive. He gave us interesting explanations, excellent recommendations and constantly made sure that we felt good and enjoyed every stop. In addition to being an exceptional guide, Dorian is an extraordinary, sincere, respectful and dedicated man. It is clear that he loves his job and puts his heart into everything he does. We felt safe, relaxed and welcome throughout the trip, even though the agency forgot to put us on the list (prepaid trip) and sent us a cancellation email when we were already on the bus, after we had confirmed (the day before) I highly recommend him to anyone visiting Albania. If you have the opportunity to go on a trip with Dorian, don't hesitate for a moment! You will discover not only spectacular places, but also a 10-star man who makes the difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dorian! You contributed to one of the most beautiful experiences of our vacation and we hope to see you again soon! If it weren't for you, instead of a review there would have been a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism of Albania!

It was a very long trip with interesting touristic objectives but (there s always a but:! the train tickets to the blue river were too expensive, no exception for a different price for the kids! The guide Luisa was the best and the food delicious! Thank you Luisa for your kindness and support all over the trip! Congrats and good luck in the future!

I had a fantastic day trip in Albania and was pleasantly surprised by how much me and my partner was able to experience in just one day. The scenery was stunning, with beautiful mountains, crystal-clear waters, and charming towns full of character. The guide was very experienced and we had a great time overall!:)

I understand that there are unfortunate events that happened, Dori & the bus driver[s] were phenomenal. Emergencies happen & I totally understand, and being level headed, even when we were behind schedule because travelers did not make the hit time. Sustainment : Gave ample enough of time even when we were behind schedule Have loud & projecting voice Gave directions to where to be & his directions are not confusing. Improvement: One bottle of complimentary water is provided on the bus, for summer season. Pamphlet describing what each location is about. Smaller group tours for better flexibility and control , or two tour guides on a bigger bus like this to make sure everyone respect and be punctual. Overall, the trip was fun and exciting, and well organized. I know most tours cut the time short because of tardiness, but this company did not, which we are grateful for.

Absolutely fantastic, Dorian was a fantastic tour guide kept up the mood on the long bus journey with his bubbly personality.
