El Puerto de frutos es un pequeño muelle ubicado a orillas del río Luján, en la localidad de Tigre, junto al cual se encuentra el mercado de frutos. Su nombre proviene de mediados del siglo XX donde desembarcaba la producción frutícola del Delta del Paraná que luego era comercializada en la ciudad de Buenos Aires
La avenida Victorica es el paseo costero que bordea el río Luján para llegar a los elegantes jardines que rodean la sede del Concejo Deliberante de Tigre y el Museo de Arte de Tigre
En 1909, se formó una sociedad con el propósito de fundar un club que reuniría a los habitantes del lugar y sería un espacio para la práctica de deportes y recreación, incluyendo al mismo tiempo un casino al estilo europeo.

Great tour, Sofia was a wonderful guide. We loved taking the boat through the river delta and visiting Tigre.
We had a fantastic time on our tour of the Tigre Delta! Our guide, Debora, was absolutely wonderful—she was so knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the history and culture of the city of Tigre. The boat ride itself was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, it was a very leisurely, stress-free tour that allowed us to just sit back and take in the beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this experience (and Debora!) to anyone looking to explore the area.
We had an excellent tour; Debora was a great guide, providing us with all kinds of information and resolving all our doubts. David was a very good driver, highly recommended.
This was a lovely, relaxing way to escape the big city, see the countryside, and explore a world where people live on islands without roads, serviced only by water taxis. And Pablo, our guide and driver was very knowledgeable and personable.
Nice boat tour of the Tigre Delta. The area reminded me a bit like Florida around the Crystal River springs. Ride to the Delta can be a bit bouncy. We went on a rainy day, but stayed dry inside the boat. It would have been nicer to be up topside however. The port town of Tigre was also nice and low stress compared with the bustle of Buenos Aires. The food was great; we ate inside a building run by the local Italian rowing club.
The description of the tour included “snacks”, which since the tour was from 9 AM until 2 PM I concluded a small snack would have been provided by the tour to hold you over until you had time after the tour to procure a lunch. There was an opportunity to buy a snack during your free time at the fruit market, but since this came at the end of the tour I just waited to get lunch after the tour. I think it would be more accurate to remove the word “snack” from the tour description or make clear that the snack would be at your own expense. Thank you.
This was a fun tour thru the river. Leaving about the history and the people that live along side of the Delta was interesting. The tour guy was excellent and informative. The place we stop for a snack was great. I would recommend this tour. My trip was in Jan Feb this year. Sorry for posting so late.
Best part about the experience was our driver, Pablo. Very informative and made a few extra stops to show us around. Boat was pretty standard, but you do learn something and it was good to see another part of the greater Buenos Aires area.
Did this boat tour while I was in Buenos Aries, Argentina. I was picked up at my hotel and taken back. Very nice guide with a walk around the area before we went on the boat ride. It was a nice cruise on the Tigre River. Worth doing if you're ever in Buenos Aries.
The boat ride is from Tigre. The guide Pablo from Signature is excellent, providing very good information and adding those extras to his service that motivate a return with them.
