09:45 - 10:15 | Traslado escénico a Tigre Recorremos la zona norte de la ciudad cruzando la Av. General Paz hasta llegar al corazón de Tigre.
10:15 - 11:15 | Navegación por el Delta del Paraná Embarcamos en la Estación Fluvial de Tigre. Durante una hora navegamos entre canales, rodeados de naturaleza, casas isleñas y vida local.
11:15 - 11:45 | City Tour panorámico con bajada en el Museo de Arte Tigre Recorremos Paseo Victorica en bus y descendemos para una parada fotográfica en los jardines del emblemático museo.
11:45 - 12:15 | Tiempo libre en el Puerto de Frutos Disfrutá a tu ritmo del mercado artesanal: ideales para comprar souvenirs, tomar un café o pasear junto al río.

The tour exceeded my expectations. Even though it was a rainy day, my guide Mateus knew how to take forward each of the points of the tour. The experience was superperonalized, although he was the only one who spoke Spanish, Mateus always wanted him to participate as a group. It is an experience I would recommend to those who have limited time, but can make the most of it.

It was okay. We were picked up in a comfortable bus, we picked up a couple more passengers, then the tour guide. We rode the bus up to Tigre and hopped on a tour boat. We got back on the bus, had some independent time at the market and headed back to CABA. They skipped the wine tasting tour puerto madero or gave us the option to be dropped off at the obelisk or in the center of the city. The guide and driver were pleasant but the overall experience was just okay.

We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at Obelisco where we caught a taxi back to the hotel. This was a no-worries and very enjoyable day.

The tour guide spoke "Portoñol" and spanglish when the tour was aged a tour in Spanish, the bus had no air conditioning where we had 24 people with a temperature of 36 degrees outside and humidity 70%, takes us to a wine tasting where we were attended every 15 minutes and we had to leave because we did not feel the "attention"

Entendemos lo incómodo que puede ser viajar en un autobús sin aire acondicionado con altas temperaturas y humedad, y te pedimos sinceras disculpas por ello. Esa no es la experiencia de calidad que queremos ofrecer. Respecto al idioma del guía, sentimos la confusión generada por el uso de “portoñol” y spanglish cuando el tour estaba programado en español. Ya estamos trabajando con nuestros socios para asegurar que los guías cumplan con el idioma acordado, para que no vuelva a ocurrir. También lamentamos que la cata de vinos no haya resultado tan acogedora como esperabas. Nuestro objetivo es que cada momento del tour sea placentero, y vamos a revisar este punto con el proveedor para mejorar la atención en futuras salidas.
