The walking tour was a wonderful way to learn about the history of Bratislava and see the sites. Our guide was informative and attentive and happy to discuss the countries past and present day.
Experience that leaves behind more than just the memory of the places, the knowledge of their history over the centuries. The guide, Adam, spoke excellent Italian and was thorough and at the same time very pleasant, making the whole tour enjoyable.
An excellent small group walking tour led by Alex - very knowledgable on the history of Bratislava, excellent English-speaker who could be heard clearly by the group.

We had a great tour with Martin. He covered so much of Bratislava in the 3 hours with us. He was very easy to get on with and his knowledge was fantastic. Lots of tips about what was worthwhile to do (and what might not be worth doing!) whilst staying in Bratislava. One of the best. Thanks Martin - great name.....
Being in a new country and not knowing the history, Alex was an amazing guide. He did not rush the tour and his knowledge and empathy he showed for his country was impressive. We were unable to get to the castle because of closure but he provided extra in taking us to see the blue church. Thankyou Alex for an enjoyable afternoon 🙂
The tour guide informed us that the castle would be closed as soon as the tour began. I feel like it was known ahead of time and the company and/or tour guide should have let us know via email so we could have made an informed decision if we would like to attend. After all, it was partly supposed to be castle tour. What we did see was interesting.
We couldn't have had a better guide than Adam: very knowledgeable, kind, and fun. A passionate young man who truly loves his city and makes tourists love it too. The tour should have ended at 2:00 PM, but then we had lunch with him at a very characteristic restaurant, and afterwards, he made himself available to accompany us to see other churches. We parted ways at 6:00 PM. Highly recommended.
What a great way to see this lovely city than to hear it from the locals. We had Matthew on his 2nd ever tour! Very animated with lots of great stories to share about the city. Clearly he is a proud native. We hiked up the castle and walked through the city on a hot August day. There was plenty of time to take pictures and stop for a water break. Matthew was careful to park us in the shade when he told stories. We even got the scoop on good restaurants to visit.
Adam accompanied us on this interesting tour of the city; he was very courteous and helpful, highly recommended!
