The little train was the perfect way to see what is in Antibes and Juan Les Pins. The driver was great! The voice narrating needed to be louder. The hop on hop off feature is convenient!
I took my 10-year old granddaughter on this train because we have enjoyed similar sightseeing experiences in other cities. The English narration was very difficult to hear. I unbeknowing purchased a one way trip and we were let off the train quite a distance from our originating pickup location. The train employee rudely said I couldn’t buy a return ticket through him. We ended up taking an Uber back.
We enjoyed as we didn't have a car and had a limited time in Antibes. The day was hot so it was an enjoyable experience. The train brings you to the both sides of the town - old and new. You can hop off and on.
I booked this tour for my 3 elderly parents and special needs son. It was supposed to be a 45 minute tour that picked them up and dropped them off at the same location. 30 minutes into the tour, the guide, who did not speak any English stopped and motioned for everyone to exit the train. He then drove away leaving them 1.3 miles from actual drop off site. It was very hot, sunny and none of them had water. They were forced to walk back to the centre Ville where we me them. I tried to co tact the tour company twice before writing this review. No response. This is terrible and you should be held accountable for the paying patrons on your tour.
Hello, I have just read your messages, which is why I had not replied. And I do not understand the circumstances you are describing, as if we would abandon people on the side of the road! Are you sure you have not mistaken us for another company? I wish you a very pleasant stay.
If you want to see around town before having to walk it, get on the train! It is so helpful and puts everything in perspective. Its slow, its safe, there is storage for prams, its open on one side for fresh air. Do it!
Great way to stroll around Antibes, very informative and fun ride. Everyone waves and is so enthusiastic!!!
Just rocked up in Antibes - the train left on the hour and took about 20 mins - we spent 4 hours at the beach in juan le pins and caught it back- fun informative way to travel
The information was provided with too much delay. The object being referred to was too far away to clearly understand what was being discussed. The fellow passengers were very noisy, and when the information was first given in French, by the time the English version was announced, their own conversation was so loud that nothing could be heard. Perhaps there should be a separate notice or sign for such passengers.
Very, very nice to do. Especially since you don't have to do the whole lap in one go.
The train from Antibes to Juan de Pin was on time, conductor polite but not particularly helpful (the "sights" were on a recording in French and English). After the drop off in Juan de Pin (which is a beautiful Riviera beach scene), no recommendations, no instructions. Then when it was supposed to return (according to every online schedule I could find), it never showed up where it was supposed to. I looked around, asked around, and the unhelpful and mostly clueless French vendors in the area were either oblivious or ignorant. My phoen(Good public transport map) saved me: I found a public bus for 1.5 Euros about 2 blocks away that took me back to Antibes. The Little Train Couldn't
