El 'Legendary tour' ha estado funcionando durante más de una década y ha sido muy elogiado a lo largo de los años por ir mucho más allá del contorno histórico de la ciudad. Te llevamos en un recorrido serpenteante por las calles traseras de la hermosa ciudad medieval con algunas paradas que se relacionan con los tiempos más modernos. El tour se centra en leyendas en lugar de solo historia y se adaptará para atraer los intereses personales de los participantes. Galway tiene algunos cuentos fascinantes que cobran vida a través de la narración de Neil. ¿Quién puede resistirse a historias de amor, piratas, asesinatos y aventuras en nuevas tierras? También nos complace recomendar lugares para comer y beber que creemos que realmente le atraerán. Formarás parte de un grupo que nunca será de más de 15 personas para permitir una experiencia más personalizada e íntima de nuestra ciudad. Good overview of many places around town, concentrated on the fun facts and stories rather than genuine history, so it depends what you’re into.
As we say it is the 'legendary' tour, all our history is local, we play only a minor role in the history of ireland...we try hard to give a true 'feeling' of the city. Hope you enjoyed your time herem
We booked this last minute before we arrived to Galway. We just made it on time because of the traffic etc. Meeting point is just at the steps of Galway City Museum. Just for the records, it's not a historic tour of Galway but more of a stories/legends/myths of the town. Still very informative and fun credits to our guide which unfortunately forgot his name. It's about an hour, hour and half but perfect way to get a feel of the town if you just got there. Highly recommend it as it's not very expensive either.

Our tour guide was Alexandria, and she really did an amazing job. Very thorough and humorous stories throughout the walk, and she did a great job keeping a group of various ages engaged and entertained. Highly recommend this tour; we did a LOT of tours on our trip to Ireland, and this was easily a favourite for the four of us. Thanks, Alexandria!
Neil was a very good tour guide, he does tell some good stories about Galway as well as some good recommendations what what the best places/restaurants are you can visit later.
A good way to spend an afternoon getting to know the history and the streets of Galway. Great local knowledge of local eateries and watering holes thrown in.
