Forza d'Agrò es un pueblo en el área de Messina con solo 833 habitantes, sin embargo es un destino muy popular para los visitantes que quieren encontrarse en algunos lugares donde se filmó la película El Padrino. Los edificios de mayor interés que encontramos en su interior se construyeron entre los siglos XIII y XVII. Tan pronto como lleguemos, nos detendremos en un punto panorámico impresionante, donde admiraremos la costa jónica y el Valle d'Agrò, después de lo cual tendremos la oportunidad de caminar en el pueblo visitando la Iglesia de la Santissima Annunziata, que aparece en la película, la Iglesia de la Santísima Trinidad ubicada frente al Arco Durazzesco y el convento de los Agustinos.
A tan solo 30 minutos de Forza d'Agrò, Savoca será la segunda parada. Con 1732 habitantes, también nos dará un panorama maravilloso y caminando visitaremos algunos lugares donde se realizaron filmaciones, el más importante, el Bar Vitelli, y luego continuaremos hacia la Iglesia Matriz de Savoca. Opcionalmente podemos visitar la cripta de las momias, en el Convento de Capuchinos.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Te recogeremos directamente en tu hotel, o en el lugar que hayas especificado durante la reserva, y te acompañaremos y guiaremos hasta los lugares del tour. Es posible elegir la hora de inicio, tanto por la mañana como por la tarde. La recogida solo está disponible en las zonas de Catania y Taormina. En caso de salida desde otra zona de Sicilia, puede contactarnos para encontrar una solución.

Excellent Tour for the family! Manuel our tour guide was on time, very knowledgeable of the areas, and we felt like locals, a beautiful tour of the private Godfather Castle upon request, exceptional local cannoli tasting, and Bar Vitelli with a perfect scenic driving of Sicily! Luxury car with air conditioning. Highly recommended Tour with Manuel!
My husband and I enjoyed our tour it was a treat to see where the Godfather was filmed, especially since I am a fan of the movie series. Our guide showed us actual clips from the movie as we walked through the town where the filming took place.
Manuel messaged us the day before our excursion to confirm pickup point and time. He arrived punctually and gave us a bottle of water each. He wasn’t very chatty at first but as the trip went on he engaged more. He is very knowledgeable and was very attentive. We visited the famous Bar Vitelli where Michael Corleone asked Apollonia's father her hand in marriage, church where they married, and other movie locations. Manuel is a great guide and we would highly recommend him.
Touring the site as well as the beautiful areas along the way. Our tour guide helped us appreciate the entire experience.
This views were pretty but it was overpriced for what we got. We saw 3 sites from the Godfather movie but the guide was not educated on the movie which was disappointing . He was rather quiet and shy which didn't make the day very interesting. Half the day was a slow walking tour and the rest of the day was driving.
The driver was kind and professional, he even accompanied us inside the cities showing us the places where the filming took place. The car was a comfortable and spotless sedan, could not go better... Thank you for this great experience!
The tour of the Godfather is fantastic for lovers of the series, we had a good time from start to finish walking in these villages that are teeming with Sicilian tradition. Being in front of the wedding church and the bar of the meeting with Apollonia was magical. Experience recommended!

We visited these two beautiful villages, Savoca and Forza d’Agrò and we were really excited. The churches and streets of these places are very different from the big cities. Our guide was very kind and met our needs leaving us free time. I highly recommend.
