On May 5, 2026, after finishing our cruise vacation, we used LIMOS DISNEY for transportation to LAX Airport, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The driver arrived at the port right on time, and the entire service was professional, friendly, and very courteous from beginning to end. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, luxurious, and comfortable, making the ride very relaxing after a long journey. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful care provided for our family. They even played a children’s movie in the vehicle for our child, which made the trip to the airport enjoyable and stress-free. In addition, after the cruise, my wife was experiencing seasickness, and they thoughtfully prepared motion sickness medicine in the vehicle for her. We were deeply touched by such genuine care and attention to every detail. Thanks to their safe driving and outstanding hospitality, the final day of our trip ended in the most pleasant and comfortable way. We highly recommend LIMOS DISNEY to anyone visiting Los Angeles. The driver could not find a cruise ship. I gave him cruise line name and name of ship.. Texting this information and calling. He wanted birth. Who knows that? .
Thank you for your review. At the San Pedro Cruise Terminal, pickup is only available at Berths 90–98. We requested your Berth number from 7:30 AM, but after about two hours, we only received “5,” which is not a valid pickup location. We later confirmed that you were in the taxi/Uber/Lyft pickup zone, where standard and TCP vehicles are not permitted. Violations may result in fines imposed on us. We requested that you move to the designated pickup area, but this was not followed. With the assistance of traffic control staff, we were eventually able to complete the pickup, although there was a delay. As previously advised, if you had waited at the designated pickup area, this situation—and the need for a negative review—could have been avoided. Nevertheless, we are glad we were able to pick you up safely, and we sincerely appreciate your business.
