Highly recommend

Comprehensive tour of 3 sites at Terezín. I don’t usually do guided tours but this was an excellent way to get an overview of the different areas at Tezerin with the convenience of having a guide and transportation take you exactly where you needed to go. Our guide (who originally is from Ukraine) was excellent.

I had a valuable experience. Gassho

The microphone and speakers on the bus were broken and I couldn't hear the guide's explanation in the car, so I lowered my score. The camp's full-time guide was good to hear. Careful guide Time management (meeting time, etc.) I think it is better for Japanese to be a little clearer

July 18, 2026 The departure went well, the guide talked to us about Prague until Terezín. Once we arrived there, another museum guide was waiting for us. A true gentleman, incredibly good at his job. We took a one-hour tour with him. This tour was in the part where the prisoners of the First World War were. It was very good. Upon leaving, we were all waiting for the part about the Nazis/World War II. But we only had a maximum of 5 minutes to see that part. We asked to take photos, but he replied to us, "quickly please." We couldn't read any signs, couldn't sit on a bench for 30 seconds after an hour of walking. Then, we went to visit a museum in the same city. After a short film, he gave us 5 to 10 minutes to visit the museum. I didn't read anything, just walked around and came back. A few seconds after I returned, the guide became very impatient about an elderly lady who was in the restroom, saying that if she didn't come back right away, we wouldn't have time to do the last part. We left then without further ado, and he talked to us about what we had seen on the bus, without a microphone. We told him we couldn't hear anything, but he continued like that. I was disappointed after being in such a hurry to go on this excursion. The place is nice, go there. The people there were fabulous; they are not the problem. P.S. I saw the guide again 2 hours after our arrival, giving a guided tour of the city. That is why all this unnecessary rush and its obsession with watching the clock

Lack luster tour

Pricey and lack luster tour. We went on the tour as my spouse had researched and written about Terezin in a college thesis. No concentration camp tour is happy as you focus on our civilization’s worst instincts and actions. But you sign up for a tour to hear a story; gain some insights. Our guide for the day obviously didn’t want to be there and quickly rattled off numerical facts at each point. Facts we could read in the displays or site labels. You can reach the camp/fortresses by bus car and bike. The main camp structure has an audio guide. While Terezin and the two fortresses are worth a visit, we’d recommend going on your own and skipping this tour. The films that show in the theatre in the museum in the town are interesting artifacts.

Dear Pamela, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. We hope that, despite this, you still enjoyed your time in the Czech Republic. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour

My husband & I booked a...

My husband & I booked a bus tour to Terezin for May 26th. Soon after the bus left from the meeting-point, my husband had a cardiac arrest. It was an awful experience which would have been traumatic for those in the bus as everyone was witness to the immediate aftermath of attempts at resuscitation, the arrival of the police & paramedics etc. As I have no way of directly contacting Viator to pass along my thanks to those who became involved in this incident I am leaving this review in the hope that those who assisted with CPR know that they saved my husband's life that day. I also want to acknowledge the efforts of the woman on the tour who spoke to the police & likely convinced them to take me to the hospital when the ambulance said I could not travel with my husband. Our vacation came to an immediate end but after some time on the I.C.U. ward we were able to repatriate home in the company of a Dr & my husband remains alive today due to the efforts of those unnamed heroes. I hope this update will bring some peace of mind to those who had to witness everything - the speed at which people responded made all the difference to the outcome. Thank you to all involved!

It is a very emotional tour because of what went on there. Much time was spent in the small fort and little time in the large fort.. there is a lot of walking on stones. It’s very flat but you need to make sure you wear good shoes. we were on an English speaking tour and there were Italian speaking people as well. So the guide was speaking in English, that was very hard to understand and then translating into Italian. Sometimes I couldn’t even tell which language he was speaking. The tour would’ve been much more meaningful if I could have understood the English.

Sobering experience.... But worth it.

Very sobering tour... One that everyone should do sometime in their life. The atrocities were unbelievable and the guide was very knowledgeable although sometimes hard to understand. We toured the entire small/large fortress complexes plus the crematory facility (which was the hardest part to see). I recommend this tour, but be mentally prepared for what you will experience. The location for pick up was a long walk from Lesser Town (25 min) so be prepared to Uber or take the tram if you are on that side of the bridge.
