Amazing few hours exploring the coastline. Good range of ability levels to the jumps and exploring. The whole family (13-49) enjoyed it and would love to do it again!

Brilliant! Highlight of the holiday. totally exhilarating and so, so much fun. The guides were great - professional, encouraging and competent. They were really fab with my teenagers - genuinely keen for us to have an awesome time. And - wow! - what a way to appreciate the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline.

We had the most amazing time coasteering. Charles and Elfie our leaders were fantastic, really great at communicating what was happening and Elfie saved the day with our daughter. Our children are 8 and 10 and they had different levels of confidence. Elfie was very supportive with our daughter and made her enjoy the experience in her own way. It was one of our holiday highlights and we created memories we will never forget! Penguin dives are now a commonly discussed event! Thank you team!

First time coasteering and loved it, my 10 year old son and his 12 year old friend really enjoyed it. The guides were really helpful and gave the choice to the group about how high they wished to jump along with other challenges throughout. Would recommend to any one who wishes to explore the coast line or try new adventurers, will definitely be giving this ago again.

Such a brilliant experience. I undertook it with my two sons aged 11 and 14 who say its one of the best things they have ever done. Excellent instructors. Very well organised.

Wow. A fantastic afternoon led by Mark and Meg, amazing guides; full of fabulous knowledge and helpful tips. Seriously hard work for those of us a bit out of shape, but we got to do a little bit of everything and the guides had great hints and tips and a fabulous sense of humour. It’s called the Deadliest catch for anyone else wondering what Mark was on about!! Thanks to both for all the swim tows and help, you were brilliant on taking us on the longest route possible to get no-where.

Did this experience with my 16 year old son. We both had a great time and felt safe in the hands of the experienced guides. Swimming into the sea caves, jumping off the rocks into the sea and climbing up the rocks was both exhilarating and terrifying . Highly recommend for an exciting and fun day out!

A great experience for the family. And jumps are optional. But if you are jumping, do them correctly. It’s good value and it’s a great different perspective of the coastline

We’d never done Coasteering before so a few nerves were kicking in, but the experience was simply fantastic and expertly run. Everything was clearly explained, calmly executed, gentle encouragement but allowed everyone to go at their own speed and ability. Our session was broken into two smaller groups, ours had just 8 with our guide. We explored caves and plenty of chances to jump off the rocks into the sea. The equipment was all in good condition and safety always seemed a top concern. Definitely would use Tenby Adventures again when we revisit the area.

Fantastic afternoon and felt safe with the instructors. The kids said it was their best day! Challenging though!
