We are a family of 2 parents & 2 teenage boys on a cruise. This tour was the BEST one out of our 2 weeks' travels! Nicolai met us at the port & was wonderful. We were running late & he waited for us at the terminal. Then "Wolf" took us on the full tour. He was very knowledgeable, entertaining, personable and genuine! We really valued his stories! Do NOT miss the cable car in Kotor - the entire tour is a MUST-HAVE if you are travelling down the Adriatic or in the region.
The guide Luka is a winner - a good driver and guide with a touch of humor and especially attention to his travelers. Always willing to provide explanations or take something other than the mapped route.
This Kotor tour with Nikola was remarkable. He was personable, patient, and a font of knowledge. His enthusiasm for his country, and thus his job, was infectious. One of the best tours we've ever taken in a long life of traveling. And Kotor was unbelievable. Like Switzerland without the cold!
Luka was an excellent guide. He was there on time explained the day and guided us through the sites. he was very personable and humerous. Made for a great day
It was all about our guide. Vuk Jelic was fantastic as he took care of us every step of the way. Go early to beat the crowds and spend some time at the top of the mountain if you can. If you are not interested in churches then skip the boat ride to the island and spend time in the old town instead. We wish we would have done that. Overall, beautiful tour.
The Driver was Great. The cable car a must. Lots to see on top. I am not sure the Island visit was worth it. We did follow a big group so wee didn't have time to see the inside the church. Of course we saved time for a "cold one" sitting on the water's edge!
Unfortunately, we couldn't make the tender on time to meet our guide, but Luka was very quick to respond and very helpful. We got a 50% refund which was not expected but very welcomed as it was not Viator's fault, it was ours. Very well communicated to and lovely staff. Have other trips booked and looking forward to them.
What a beautiful day! Our guide Vasilije was fantastic. Very attentive. We really enjoyed the cable car; the view at the top was splendid! Then we went to Perast, another wonderful place. I highly recommend it!

This Kotor tour is fantastic. But what it makes amazing is our tour guide Luka. Luka is a native Montenegrin and is not only knowledgeable of the history of this beautiful country but he’s warm and funny! He made us feel cared for, safe and gave us a great experience. We are from the US and highly recommend this tour. Thank you Luka!!
