Booked a tour which was clearly stated as private for ~300 usd per person. When I arrived was really surprised to learn that they turned it into a group tour with 15 people without asking me beforehand and giving me no chance to change the tour. I had no time left in Rome so I had no choice. Below average guide. Native speakers asked her several times to speak clear and slower, never worked. Plus pretty boring style. Would have paid 50 USD max for such an experience (btw the ticked cost was 20 Euros). They made partial refund, but 200 USD is still crazy prize for such an experience. Don’t recommend. Go with someone else.
